Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAs a small hotel in Blackpool you can only expect so much. But in this case i think the owners nailed it. Besides being really nice down to earth, people, they were also very helpful. The husband even parked our car around the back where it was more safe secure, giving myself and my girlfriend peace of mind. The location couldn't of been better, having the Pleasure Beach and Sand Castle around the corner as well as having a Wetherspoons about a 30 sec walk away. The ensuite was basic, but it did the job and was clean and tidy. All in all and for the price i would definitely recommend the Marsden Hotel for future Blackpool goers. Thanks again.

Nice and comfy it fitted perfectly for our stay the hotel and hosts are very welcoming and the owners are so friendly recommend to us places to go Our room was clean and it all smelt AMAZING the mattress was so soft and comfortable and it was spacious for me and my partner as me both starfish The shower was so lovely I could’ve stayed in there for hours

United KingdomWe had a great one night stay for my daughters birthday, we only booked as somewhere to sleep for the night as we spent all day at the pleasure beach, but both host were super friendly and went above to help us celebrate with surprise banners and birthday candles at breakfast which was unexpected but greatly appreciated! I was disappointed we weren’t able to spend longer here but will 100% look into returning the next time we are down

United KingdomThere wasn’t anything I didn’t like. But if I was going to add something all I’d say is I’d maybe like the option to pay a bit extra for a bigger breakfast and have 2 of every item but I think that’s because the breakfast is that nice.
Absolutely fantastic stay. Leon was really welcoming. Breakfast was really nice. Beds were very comfy. Perfect for visiting the pleasure beach as it is on the door step. Already booked another stay. Thanks again and see you soon.
