If using the car park, make sure you get the code to the gate. It was locked in the morning and took ages to find someone who knew the code. I was leaving very early.

Fantastic spot. Very nice neighbourhood. Quiet and close to shops and a park. Easy to get to from Heathrow. 5 minute walk from Ealing Broadway on Elizabeth line. Good Breakfast choices. Staff all lovely and very helpful. And got to enjoy a nightcap after the long journey from Australia.

I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator, so we had to carry our heavy bags up about 7 floors. If you have mobility issues or can't carry heavy things, it's good to know beforehand.

The room was very shabby and in need of updating. The ceiling above the shower was covered in mould. The water pressure was not good. Quite noisy with slamming doors.

Very basic. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the shower smelt damn and had mould. It’s quite a noisy spot as it’s above a pub. It’s also up quite a lot of creaky steep stairs.

There is no elevator. So you need to carry your belongings to the upper floors.

It is an accommodation whose ground floor is operated as a pub. The upper floors are used as a hotel. It is a a nice place in a lovely neighborhood. Breakfast is not so attractive but very enough to feel full.

A couple of minor things - the screws on the bunk bed needed tightening as the bed felt a bit shaky and unstable. Also, if eating breakfast there, make sure to do so earlier rather than later, as some food items, such as bread, can run out, especially on weekends when there are generally more hotel guests staying. But these are not major issues and overall, this hotel offers great value for money!

Great location in Ealing, 10 minutes' walk from Ealing Broadway station. From there, central London is very easy and convenient to reach, especially with the Elizabeth line. Friendly and welcoming staff, very clean and tidy rooms, the ensuite bathroom also. No noise issues on a Saturday evening in early June, not from the pub area downstairs nor from neighbouring rooms. Good Continental buffet breakfast available on the premises, which sets you up very well for a day of exploring London. Superb value for money for what you get, and for the location in London.

When we arrived someone else was given our room, so it wasn`t all clean when we arrived. We sorted it out with switching towels with the other room. The breakfast was good, but it would be great if they could give the same offer everyday.

Good location located between Heathrow and London city centre on the new quick Elizabeth line. Plenty of services in the surrounding area, though it's mostly the usual British chain shops.
