Breakfast was ok but I found there was a limited amount of choice of cereal and the orange juice machine was very difficult to use and not suited for hotel guest use, as everyone I spoke to struggled with it. Also there was no mention of alternately cooked eggs with the breakfast on the menu, i.e. fried or poached etc.

The building was very nice and characterful, the grounds were also very nice.

There was some clanging noise at night and sporadic boiler or radiator noise. The above praised garden is in need of attention. A good weeding and cleaning of the ponds would make it perfect.

As a return guest, I know I can rely on Warren House and its service. This time I was particularly happy about the size of my room, especially the bathroom with spotless tub. I adore the lovely garden that invites for exploration or sitting and reading in.

Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Stayed for one night for a birthday trip - checked in to our room to find a birthday cake waiting for me. This was a lovely gesture from the hotel and was much appreciated! Breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay again when next visiting the area

Food in the restaurant is tasty, but rather expensive for what you get. Also: check your bill: they forgot to take into account my 10% off-voucher and at checkout some drinks were suddenly more expensive than expected.

For once, I got a lovely room as a single traveller!!! Very spacy room, including table, chair and sofa. Had plenty of space to open my suitcase. Wonderfull large bathroom. Beds very comfortable, satin sheets! The one thing missing was a hook to hang my jacket :-) You also get a voucher for a free drink and 10% off for a meal in the restaurant. The hotel is situated in a lovely green environment, and is very well accessible with public transportation. I also liked the swimming pool.

The breakfast - considering the price, the selection of juices, pastries and fruit was limited. The breakfast menu was also confusing - you were only allowed a single portion of eggs, one could want more of protein was required for dietary requirements and also just because you like eating eggs.

No water so you have to BYO or pay and it’s quite expensive. Rooms were also quite small which was fine but made getting ready for an event difficult.

Comfortable and clean. The property was also beautiful. We got breakfast included and it was good. Friendly staff as well.

Tried to call room service a few times but didn't get through. No biggy, they were probably busy and eventually we had some very delicious food delivered to the room that was also reasonably priced.

Loved the gardens and the relaxed setting. They also allowed us early check in as my son was a little ill. Beds were very comfortable, reception staff were very helpful and happy. The restaurant staff were also lovely.

Lighting in our bedroom, there was only one comfy chair for us, space to put clothes and bathroom features for hanging towels and dressing gowns.

We Loved the atmosphere, the friendly staff, the location and the grounds. The room was large, clean and welcoming but marred by the lighting and lack of hanging space to make towels and clothes neat. The breakfast was lovely, especially the freshly made yogurt.

Bar could improve on the taste of drinks; I had a pina colada and found it really sweet.

The aesthetics of the building is nice. Secure parking on site. There’s lots of facilities. Food provided by the restaurant is tasty! A good place to stay.

Nothing to dislike. The gardens have suffered from several years of neglect which are being addressed. We look forward to returning to see how things are developing

There were no slippers no bathrobes and no dental kit, for the last one they charge 2£ at the reception.

One of the most beautiful places we’ve been, located in a very nice and quiet area. The room was very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the garden view and the warm indoor swimming pool.

No slippers or robes provided and fridge wasn't turned on. No instructions were left on how to turn on. Also breakfast has a great selection but lacked flavour. Very bland

A really minor thing but there wasn't a lot of pastries for breakfast!

Lovely room, friendly staff and great to have the gym that my daughter (12) was also allowed to use as this didn't seem to be the case with most hotels I checked out.
