We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe night I stayed the weather was very windy, both windows in the room and bathroom didn’t close very well. The windows both rattled all night and there was a constant draft making for a noisy and chilly nights sleep. The Shower tray filled up and nearly flooded out into the bathroom until I pulled up the drain guard. The drain guard internally, had obviously not been emptied or cleaned for a while! Had I not needed to get on the road that morning ASAP for work, I would have mentioned these to the receptionist up on checkout.
Great location and the town of Siloth seemed to be quite pleasant in a nice coastal location. Hotel and Room appeared very clean and tidy. Bar/restaurant reasonably priced and Included breakfast was a bonus.
