The Wi-Fi was very weak. And there are insects (ants and small bugs) in the room. Even if you don't eat and leave any garbage in the room.. And the door lock is very old and was not working fine.

The location is great, very close to the downtown and river. The host is also very nice, they helped me a lot with tickets and tours. Amazingly friendly and polite. The room has hot water and bathtub, AC and little fridge. Everything is working fine.

No comfortable chair in the room or on balconies to sit on. Wifi was terrible, but did get improved a bit.

They were willing to listen and respond to certain problems. Fir example, the wifi reception on my laptop was terrible, but they took steps to boost it. They and were very friendly. The price for a week was a bit high but it would be much more reasonable for what is offered in a longer stay. Nice little restaurant right next door.

Nice and simple, value for money and easy walking to nearby parts of Kampot - about 150 from river. Great next door neighbour = Paris restaurant with terrific breakfast choice to start the day. Owner really good and very considerate with a late arrival.

Helpful stuff with good english skills. Ask the friendly night guard if you need a nice tuctuc driver, by day he drives you to the pepper farms or Kep. From the hotel it's quick by foot in the city center and the river with shops, restaurants or bars. The area of the hotel is quiet, everything in the room worked.

With so few tourists in Kampot at the moment it is not possible ffor the guest houses to keep someone on the front desk.

The room had a window with a fly-sceen. Comfortable bed and clean room with a desk and chair. The owner is very helpful, organised a motor bike and tuktuk to Kep.

Guest house is basic but clean, the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable. Even better, they have off street parking with a security guard at night. The staff are lovely.

First time in my 30 years traveller carreer money was stolen out of my padlocked bag out of my locked room. Obviously somebody knew how to open my 4 digit padlock and smartly took only part of the money out of my wallet in the bag. Many people probably would not have even noticed. However, as I am taking out notes every day and counting them, I realized immediatly. Very obvious was also the way how part of the money was tucked away obviously in an hurry in a crumpled way. The owner was not very helpful and even did not want to look at the video recordings of the surveillance camera next to my room.

Good price for a place within walking distance of everything in the city. Air Con room was clean with kettle ... but bring your own tea and coffee. Fridge available.

The manager needs to work on his customer service skills. I got an unfriendly first message from him, and my interaction with him left a lot to be desired. There were broken floor tiles in my room, a potential hazard when walking barefoot, which is required at this establishment, but I got no response after mentioning it to the manager.

I was happy with pretty much everything at this place except for the manager's attitude.
