We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBeds are small doubles and quite hard which was surprising considering the size of the room (really good sizes) also provided feather pillows which I struggle sleeping with. Breakfast finished at 9am.
The staff are super friendly and so lovely! Really went out their way for us and we really appreciated it! Location surrounding is gorgeous too!

The staff were very efficient and they took great care to make us feel welcome. They were attentive and polite and made us feel very much at home. The evening meal was delicious. The pub/restaurant was very pleasantly decorated and comfortable. The beer garden and play area were great and it was a very pleasant place to sit with a lovely view. The room was well decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet. The breakfast was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the background music it was very relaxing.

United KingdomThe room was very hot despite the radiator being turned off. Furniture was tatty and only one hanger in the wardrobe. There was very little storage in either the bedroom or bathroom. However, apparently the hotel is due for a refit soon.
Excellent location and easy to find. Staff were friendly and those in the restaurant very attentive. The restaurant is a delight being both spacious and cosy with a log fire and the food is of a very high standard.

Without exception, every member of your staff 'went the extra mile' for us. My husband is just learning to walk with two sticks and is very unsteady; because he had to climb stairs to our room a member of staff helped me with our luggage and switched off my husband's sat nav, too which he couldn't manage! I also had help when we were leaving. and when we needed some extra milk for our tea in our room.. Our lunch with friends (the set menu) was very tasty and very good value and we had a great table near the open fireboth for lunch and our breakfast. - Very nice.
