The stay was okay, The restaurant was closed. The breakfast was really not worth €13. That was really disappointing. The TV was not in English. I could also not find anyone to help me.

The hotel is in good walking distance to the different locations. The lady that was there in the morning was nice, friendly, and helpful.

I requested free parking and was instructed by the male day receptionist to the multi-story car park close by. I was informed in the morning that I would have to pay for parking as I had not parked in one of the three parking spaces located between the hotel and the multi-story. Luckily it was not a big issue as the cost was not expensive at only €4 but guests should note to grab one of the three free parking spots early. What was expensive were the drinks from the bar, which also shuts early.

Although a little hard to find, it was a pretty good place to stay. The decoration downstairs in the bar and restaurant was pleasant but in the room basic with no tea making facilities. The lady who does the breakfast was very nice and had gone out specially to get me vegan products for my breakfast. Generally a good place to stay for one or two nights.

I think is the only hotel in Ninove,simple room, (too) soft bed. simple, just to sleep one of some nights. Downstair is a restaurant. check-in hour is from 16 h. and check-out from 11h. I asked for early check-in and it was possible but when i foned the staff on the fone don't know anything about appointement for earlier check-in.I got stressed. The breakfast was very good. The lady working was very friendly and helpful. Because i had still things to do in Ninove i wanted to let my luggage in the reception. But she allowed us to keep the keys and the luggage in the room.She is a very good staff with attention for the hotel customers...

The website says, that the hotel has private parking, It did't. Public car park only ca. 400m away. As we had a full car, it was essential for the booking that there was private parking at the hotel. We asked for a car parking space, when we made the booking. We had no advanced confirmation or info about the non existing carparking.

Bedding and pillows were old and felt very cheap. Struggled to sleep. Local bars were also very noisy, booking.com recommended the hotel for stays with children - I would absolutely say this is not the case. People were definitely smoking in the hotel too, probably a good hotel for single travellers.

If there is a party at the restaurant, you will have a lot of noise, but if not, there is nothing to say.

The owner Bernard was extremely rude The smell when entering and on stairs and hall way actually made me vomit. Sewerage problem. The room was dirty and smelt awful. The rooms were very small. Beds kept moving from headboard and very uncomfortable. Wardrobe hard to open doors due to space issues so has leave clothes in suitcase and open and close it everyday leaving no space to walk around bed. Shower was filthy doorframe and grouting all needed replaced. Grouting on all floors was filthy. Noise was terrible from restaurant below and on the street and people in corridor, banging of doors all night. The bar also across the road has very loud music playing very late. This was heard from all our rooms. The stairs were a hazzard and smell of sewage was awful. The breakfast was €13 each definitely not worth that. considering you have cook your own eggs with pans left out etc. The lobster tank they had on display in restaurant was filthy.

Nothing - actually Saskia the Lady on the morning shift was very nice and pleasant and apologetic for everything. But the owner very rude and did not apologise at all.
