We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomElectrics in room need sorting and updating asap. Had to boil kettle on floor as kettle lead didn’t reach . Kettle Plug wouldn’t go right into socket . The plug socket casing by bed was loose so I could take the light plug out to plug in my hairdryer. The light furnishings were lovely but underneath the room needs attention. The location was perfect and bed was comfortable.

United KingdomThere was a wobbly cold tap in the bathroom maybe the shower curtain could be replaced also one of the bedroom drawers was filled with biscuit wrappers which I put in the bin apart from that it was a really comfy room .We never seen any staff but our room was cleaned while we stayed and there were mobile numbers and a landline number to ring if you had any problems.
There was no Breakfast but the room was really comfortable with tea and coffee facilities which is a bonus. The location is really good all within walking distance Alnwick is such a beautiful place to visit .

United StatesThe shower was really bad. It did have a sign up to say it takes a while to heat up but we ran it for 10mins and it never got any hotter. We felt like we were wasting water. Plus no power in the shower. The apartment could also do with just a general clean and update. Cobwebs everywhere and the cutlery was dirty. The tv on the wall wasn't ideal as you could only see it from one point on the couch. This could be a lovely place if there was a little time and money spent, really wanted to love it.
The location was really good. Everything was ready for when we arrived. Staff made sure we had arrived. The size of the apartment was really good.

United KingdomOnly disappointed part no hosting was given. We just was left with a key to get in and then left key as we found it. Would of been nice see the host but again was nice to be trusted and was a problem would just of been nice to say hello.
Location, was close to the playhouse theatre, the castle and shops do great place for what we needed.
