Everything was perfect. .

Very private. Furnished well. Very clean. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Hosts went above and beyond doing everything they could to make your stay memorable. This is the best b&b we have ever stayed at.

There isn't anything we didn't like about the property. The only thing I would say is that although a 20 minute walk would normally phase us, the incline of the bank back up to town was too steep to walk, especially if you are going into town during the day and then back again at night.

Beautiful clean room with nice outlook on to the garden. Lovely bathroom with a great shower. Very large and comfortable bed. Sue was the perfect host and offered on several occasions to take us into town in her car as the accommodation is quite a walk down a steep bank into Dartmouth. There is a park and ride just above the property by the leisure centre and costs £7.50 and runs until 6pm. Breakfast was provided in the form of granola, yoghurt and fresh berries and lovely warm pastries were provided every morning. There is a wide variety of beverages including ground coffee for the cafetiere. A fridge was a useful addition.

Not the hosts fault but the garden was tricky for a puppy had to be on a lead all the time. The tub chairs were comfortable for a while but would have been nice to have a seat with a higher back.

Liked the private access to the room and the patio doors opening onto the veranda. The room was large enough to provide a nice seating area. Liked the continental breakfast especially the hot croissants and pastries delivered to our door each morning. All very clean and beautifully furnished to a high standard.

The hosts were very friendly and could not be more helpful.The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.Lovely pastries for your breakfast yogurt fresh fruit muesli.Sue was very kind and gave us a lift to town a lovely couple definitely would recommend.

Sue was a lovely host. The room, bathroom and outlook very nice. The property is on a residential road on the outskirts of Dartmouth, about a one mile down hill into town. The breakfast is great! Sue delivered delicious yogurt, bountiful berries and fresh, warm pastries every morning. Plenty of tea, coffee and extras! The accommodation is very clean, spacious and well appointed. Our only criticism is the water pressure in the shower which is pretty poor. Other than that, all great.

Great hospitality from the owner. Spacious, well designed, lovely bathroom, comfy bed. Short, picturesque 15 mins walk in to town and easy to get a bus or tax back up the little hill home.

Beautiful B&B, the most relaxing place we have stayed in a long time. Quiet, beautifully maintained large garden. The breakfast which is a selection of muesli fresh fruit, yoghurts and the most yummy fresh warm pastries. Incredible and friendly hosts. Immaculately clean. Very impressed.

Everything was perfect.

We had a beautiful spotlessly clean room with a private terrace that looked into Sue and Nigel's garden. Breakfast was really lovely - you could pick the time you wanted to eat Very quiet location. Sue and Nigel were delightful hosts - we were there for the Dartmouth Music Festival and Sue even offered to pick us up from the town if we were stuck However the bus service is extremely good running to the town and back although it is walkable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely return.
