Our stay at Drayton Court Hotel was simply fabulous. We had one of the suites which was a very generous size, with a huge free-standing bath and big shower as well as double sinks. Lots of tea / coffees/water available in the room. Really clean room and very comfortable bed. The staff were lovely and helpful. We were able to park our car right outside the hotel for no additional charge, and the hotel was very close to the Elizabeth Line, so really easy to get into central London. Breakfast was amazing - lots of variety of hot and cold food, the hot food was freshly prepared, and very tasty. One of my favourite stays in London so far, and we'll definitely use this hotel next time we're down there.

Great location-free on-site parking . The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly in all parts of the hotel. The room was really nice. Really well furnished and clean. Excellent breakfast . Can’t fault the hotel at all.

the bathroom could be better - the shower was damaged, it worked ok though so just a minor issue. It's part of a large pub so it's a bit noisy over the weekend if you are an early sleeper.

I liked the location, the room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent value and really good. The staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful

Breakfasts were exceptional, a wide range of cooked offerings. Also fresh fruits, yoghurts, bagels & pastries etc available. We had several evening meals in the pub restaurant, the sea bass in particular was splendid. The bar served a wide range of ales, lagers & wines. Staff were friendly, attentive & helpful. Our room was clean & comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary biscuits, chocolates & water. The choice of teas & coffees were appreciated. The free car parking at the Ealing Studios themed hotel was an unexpected bonus in London. However, West Ealing Tube Station was less than 5 minutes walk away to connect to the centre of London.

We had a couple of issues with the room (the safe wouldn’t work and some lights above the tea making area didn’t work) but we didn’t want hassle so we only reported it when checking out.

The breakfasts were exceptional, the best we have ever had, and the evening meals were also great. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. The hotel is very close to West Ealing underground station. Parking is available at the rear although it would probably be difficult when the hotel is full. There is also a bit of parking at the front door. The large garden seated area would be nice when the weather gets warmer.

The Drayton Court is an excellent boutique hotel. Very conveniently located for the Elizabeth Line at West Ealing (although watch the frequency of trains actually stopping there!), the staff are very friendly and helpful, Breakfast is top notch and the Ealing Comedy there is quirky (in a nice way). I'll definitely be staying again.

There is nothing to dislike.

Perfect location if you want quick access to Heathrow. But on the Elizabeth line it is also easy to go to central London. The building is lovely, the rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the staff amazing, there is a great pub on the premisses.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the location was perfect. West Ealing station is about 100m away and it takes less than 20 minutes to get into the center of London. The room was quiet with bags of character and the breakfast was exceptional.

The floors in my bathroom were a little spoilt, with some of the tiles popping out. But otherwise the bathroom was fantastic

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and went out of the way to make you feel comfortable. Shout out to Helena for being an absolute ball of sunshine. She made my stay extra awesome with her cheerful self.
