Road noise was loud during the day, but very quiet at night. Across the street from Healthcare facility, so not much view, but the location within walking distance of everything in town more than made up for it.

The free parking was very close. Hosts' directions and information were very helpful. Appreciated the early check-in and breakfast. Would stay again. The washer and dryer were nice.

Central location, excellent accommodation, parking space. Exceptionally clean, welcoming - generous welcome/breakfast pack - and superbly well-equipped. Two toyboxes! Lots of information about what to see and do locally, and clear helpful instructions about how things work within the apartment. Very good value for money. Will definitely stay there again. Very helpful to be able to leave luggage at the sister B&B. 100% recommended.

The parking space is very small, we wouldn’t recommend for anyone with a car bigger than a ford focus. Alternative parking is close by but is quite expensive.

Great location, good selection of breakfast items and clean and tidy. Even had Birthday banners and a celebration drink on arrival!

Location was brilliant. Very close to city centre and the 10min walk was perfect exercise for the morning and evenings. The rooms were spacious. We stayed over for Christmas and really appreciated the Christmas decor inside the apartment which created a lovely festive vibe. Breakfast was very considerate with milk, croissants, jam and cereal. All the appliances in the apartment were working. We didn't miss any of the modern amenities. Netflix on TV was working which kept the kids and us happy. Watched some BBC TV Christmas movies which felt like nostalgia.

Highly recommend! The house is well equipped with almost everything you need and you can think of. Great location close to city center and Sainsbury’s. Love the host puts little notes everywhere to let you know what you need to know. Super helpful and reduce so much hassle!

Great apartment, all the bits you need for a great stay. The likes of having a big umbrella available was invaluable on the wet day we arrived. It meant we could stroll the markets without getting drenched coats! Communication with Kim was great which ensured everything ran smoothly. Great to have parking so close too. I would recommend highly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location was within walking distance from the town but a little away from the main centre. Very clean. Hosts exceptionally helpful. Lots of local information given in the apartment. Drinks and biscuits provided. Parking a big plus.

The floor was really noisy/creaky when you walked on it but the location and parking definitely made up for this. The shower is over the bath and the taps are quite low which may make it difficult for older people.

My husband and I had the best sleep as the apartment was very quiet and the bed was super comfy! A great selection of breakfast items are provided as well as fresh plunger coffee and real milk which was a treat. Great location with an easy walk to the centre of Bath. Free parking just around the corner which was great!

The apartment is very clean. The bedrooms are large, the mattresses are comfortable. The kitchen and living room are also large. There is a lot of space. The apartment is in a quiet street, a few minutes walk from the centre. We will come back and we can recommend it as a place that, if available, is worth renting. Oh, and there is a parking space, which is a problem in the Bath.

Despite written instructions, we found the shower a little difficult to operate and regulate.

The apartment was very well appointed with everything we needed. A generous breakfast was supplied in our apartment for the first morning but it lasted us the 2 mornings we were there. We greatly appreciated the private car parking space located nearby.

The parking space was a bit tight for our large car. Could have done with a second door key as our party went out to different places.
