I felt really welcome by all the staff and they made it such a relaxed week. The food was good and they were all so friendly.

A/c was included which is great but there was a fine line between freezing and sweating that took a few nights to figure out.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, good selection at breakfast, pool was lovely, location great for a stroll into town and just up the hill from the water park.

Fair incline up to the hotel,wasn’t a problem for us but can see it being a problem for older or unfit persons.

Bed was very comfortable and easy to get a sunbed by the pool.

Hotel was lovely food was great portions huge staff lovely and very helpful, the path up to the hotel was a bit steep but ok if you had no mobility problems.

I don't have any complain about them, but the taxi drivers are very cheeky so be careful and don't pay more then 25€ for trip.Plus I shared the taxi with someone else and the driver took 25€ from each but I was too tired to argue with him in front of the airport.

Everything.The staff was very helpful with all we've asked for, the room was nice and clean.Towels changed and room cleaned every day.They booked a taxi for us to come and go to airport.Plus we've had toiletries and slippers like in a 4 star hotel.

This property was truly fantastic. Wonderful clean property great pool area (we had it to ourselves on one day) there is also a kid pool adjoining the main pool, and a very nice breakfast. Their little cheese pies were delicious. The owners and staff go above and beyond. Toothbrushes are in the room. A nice touch. This property also offers slippers in the room, which was a great surprise. The view from our room was stunning and we were able to wake up early enough to watch the stunning sunrise. Truly magical. Highly recommend Great value and we will definitely be back.

Glass bathroom door - minus a lock!

A small family run hotel away from the main strip so was nice and quiet, a 5 minute walk to the beach front, restaurants and souvenir shops Home cooked food was great Staff were lovely - Thanks Hope (the waitress )very funny Dimitri and his parents were very friendly and helpful - Thanks Guys Also loved the dogs onsite - a few strays around the back but were not a problem (avid dog lover :) x ) Would definitely visit again

Some tiny things where missing in our eyes, like a bin in the room instead only the one in the bathroom. Also a pair glasses would have been nice, for a glass off water by the bed and such. But we managed! Really small details ;)

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks, up-on arrival we where told that we got an upgrade! The room was so nice! And the beds where very very good! Real bonus! A nice terrace with chairs and table also! Not to forgot, the shower: never had such a great shower on holiday before! Good size of a parking area, and a really nice pool as well. The hotel is run by a lovely family.

Hotel is spotless and well presented and decorated to a high standard of finish. Breakfast in the morning is as much as you can eat. Staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Food is amazing. We would definitely return!!

No negatives

Highly recommend a stay at this hotel, myself and my husband have stayed at the hotel four times. The hotel is run by a lovely family who go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful and relaxing in their lovely surroundings. The hotel is on the edge of the resort up a hill, which is no problem to us, however others used a taxi to get to the main resort (6 euros). The restaurant in the hotel has lovely home cooked Greek food well worth trying if you don't want to go into the main resort, (there are 75 restaurants to choose from), cocktails are a must. Breakfast included with a large variety of food ranging from cereal to bacon and eggs. Cleanliness is exceptional, all the staff work very hard to ensure the hotel is spotless, bedding & towels changed daily. The rooms have been recently refurbished to a high standard, some have a walk in shower, beds are very comfy which is unusual for Greek a accommodation. No hesitation in recommending this hotel to others :)

Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, views to the garden and some apartments have sea views. On our arrival we were met by the lovely family of Dimitris, Yannis and Regina with a welcome drink. Yannis also gave us a map and explained the nearest beaches and shops. Breakfast was great and enough for a good start of the day. The rooms were pristine cleaned everyday changing our sheets and towels. The beach is only 8 minutes walk and also city of Tsivili and Planos are a few minutes walk. Amazing pool, food and drinks are superb. On the day of my birthday I was surprised with a bottle of Rose, and birthday signs on our bed, such a touching gesture! We had an unfortunate accident with our motorcycle, my boyfriend had to stay in hospital for 2 nights, when I got back to the hotel I was met by this amazing people, comforting me and offering me water and saying that they would help me with anything we needed, taking me to the pharmacy so that I could get our medicine and asking me how I was. I honestly don’t have enough words to Thank them for their support!! Although we had an unfortunate event, we had amazing time at the hotel thanks to the generosity, warmth and dedication of Dimitris and his family ❤️

The location was a bit too far away from the main area for our liking. The hotel is a good 10 minute walk from the main area with 4/5 minute walk on a windy road with no footpaths. Breakfast wasn't too our liking as there were limited healthy options but there was a variety of cakes, biscuits, fried eggs, bacon and croissants which people seem to enjoy. A lot of stray cats and a few dogs about. The cats seem to be constantly fighting. I'm not sure the hotel can do anything about this but people should be aware of this.

The young gentleman at reception was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels were provided everyday. The pool area is beautiful and as the hotel is small there is no rushing for Sun loungers and the area is just so peaceful.

Poor breakfast that was not super healthy, most of the staff was hard to understand as he did not quite speak English. Younger man of the staff was careless. Location was just a bit too far out of the center with a main road without pedestrian walks. Bathroom was small with a clumsy layout.

Clean and okay hotel who do have good intentions. It was nice to be able to rent a car from the hotel itself to explore the island.

Very decent hotel for a good price. Ideal for a couple. Nice room, very nice staff and very nice swimmingpool. The location is very good just outside the city, it is like 5 minutes to the closest beaches by car. What else would you wish for?
