We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Perfect location next to the wheel of Liverpool, 3 min walk to the Royal Albert Dock and 5-10 min to the other attractions. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly staff, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception few hours before check-in. If we come to Liverpool again, we will definately choose this hotel again.

United KingdomOnly a minor one but the windows were rattling through the night. Partly the direction of the room on the fifth floor and partly the high winds about that weekend, so nothing that could’ve been changed. All good otherwise.
Lovely one bedroomed apartment, functional kitchenette, television in the lounge area and the bedroom. Clean throughout. Great choices at breakfast. Warm dining and common areas at reception level.

United KingdomOur stay was a excellent 9 out of 10. A few points of feed back.. We would have liked a heated towel rail in the bathroom, so you can re use your towels. There is no oven in the kichenette, so if you are staying for more than a few days, you won't be able to cook properly. Otherwise, well done to the team at Staybridge.
Staybridge Suites is a lovely place to stay, ideally located for all Albert Dock attractions, and M&S Bank Arena. There is on site Parking, which is a big tick. You have to check in first though, as your room card opens the car park gate and parking is £20 a night, or you can go in the Kings Dock car park for £12 a night, if you don't mind a 10 minute walk. Reception staff were excellent and friendly. When you first walk into your suite, you are met with a spacious kitchen/ Diner/ living area with sofa, tables and TV. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle etc, and all plates, cutlery etc. The bedroom is quite large with what we thought was a queen double. Lovely and comfortable and clean, a big wardrobe with hangers, iron & ironing board, and a safe. It was very clean with lots of storage. The bathroom was huge, very clean, includes big bath, shower, sink, toilet, all shampoos and body wash, and very nice towels, and lots of shelves and storage....Quite impressive. Breakfast was very nice - a hot buffet and large cold selection, cereals etc. Staff were excellent. You can even buy drinks, wines, soft drinks, microwaveable food, crisps, snacks etc 24/7 Next time we come to Liverpool we will stay here, rather than the nearby hotels.

United KingdomI liked everything, but I would say maybe make the lighting a bit brighter in the room or put a light over a mirror so I can see to put makeup on. Also, a magnification mirror in the bathroom would be great.
I thought the rooms were lovely. I loved the 'homely' feel to the room with genuinely nice quality accessories. Towels were crisp, white & soft. The bed was really comfortable with crisp, white, cotton duvet & decent pillows. The layout of the room with the kitchen was great. I thought the kitchen was amazing & so nice to have with the room with everything you needed to make a full on meal if you wanted to! Breakfast was great. I loved the fridge with all the milks & juices. Staff were friendly & really helpful.
