There was an extra fee for cleaning and heating and the shower had a curtain instead of a door.

The room was large, comfortable and bright. It had an electric roller shutter which helps to manipulate the light stream. Kitchen was equipped with coffee machine, kettle, oven and refrigerator for preparing your meals. Very good location closed to breathtaking Garonne river

The seat of the toilet was unhinged and water leaked into the bathroom under the shower doors.

The shower in the bathroom was a little bit dirty but nothing off putting. Also the property was slightly hard to find as the sign has a different name.

I loved the location! So close to the river and the city centre! Also very close to transport links so we were never too far to go anywhere. The staff were so incredibly helpful and gave us food suggestions that we loved!!

Good size rooms, no air com but fab supplied. Great location! Is effectively located on the river. We used it during Rugby World Cup 23, easy to walk to stadium and rugby village. Equally as easy to walk into the Old Town and Carmes.

The corridor is a little shabby and needs some renovation, WiFi is very poor.

Great location and friendly staff at reception. The apartment is spacious and relatively well maintained. It’s on a side street so largely quiet, traffic is at a minimum. The fan is appreciated as there is no air con and the window shutters do a great job of blocking out the light! Great shower with strong water pressure.

There was no fan in our room, we had to request one, so spent the first two nights in unbearable heat. The kitchen isn’t particularly well equipped - there was one wine glass? Having reception open later would really help, we arrived back late twice and had to call for help as our room card stopped working - would be so much easier for reception to be open later. Breakfast is fine, a bit pricey for what it is - would have enjoyed some hot options.

The 150 € deposit was returned with 10 days delay after I contacted the hotel.

They provide a kitchen but then tell you that there is an additional charge of 45 Euro if there is ANY sign that you have used the facilities. The lift and corridors are in need of an upgrade as they feel a bit shabby.

I would have liked cleaner dishes and all-around rooms. I would have liked to have especially a cleaner bathroom. There aren't many glasses and it would be nice to have the bare pantry essentials like some salt and pepper. Also, the wifi isn't the best and there are always lambs and devices in awkward places with no plugs!

I like the independence and the location. It is nice to have a balcony and cook there. I love the fact that I am close to downtown and able to walk to work as well as walk along the river. I enjoyed eating on the balcony.
