The breakfast price was different when we booked, when we arrived the price has increased almost 100%. After a couple of conversations they sold it with the old price that was mentioned in the conversation when we booked it.

The facility and the location are great, the stuff is welcoming. I liked the sauna. Plenty of food, coffee was really good.

The breakfast service (not the food, see above) leaves much to be desired. All the single square tables are wobbly to a scary degree, and the chairs are sagging under your weight. Half of the mornings none of the free tables (and I am talking about at least 7 or 8 of them) was cleared of the dirty plates of the predecessors when we arrived. None of the employees, even the lady who looked like the manager in charge, welcomes you with a smile or greets you at all, and one male employee was downright rude on two occasions, once when I asked for a spoon for my muesli not finding any around, and another time when I asked if he could clear a table because none was available. The language barrier could be an issue, but the body language showed him downright irritated at my requests and in the case of the request for the spoon he shrugged and diappeared in the kitchen. I left my muesli there. Luckily there was other good food for which I didn't need a spooon to fill the gap.

The room is not particularly large, but comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Staff at the reception was great, efficient and extremely kind. Location is good, halfway to reach on foot both the old city centre (Tselinograd) and the new one (area around Bayterek). It is also conveniently located next to one of the best cafes in town (Nurba's Coffee) and right opposite a supermarket. The choice of food for breakfast is good, and their self-service coffee machine (Italian make) makes one of the best espresso and cappuccino I ever drank from a machine of this kind.

It was a bit noisy and crowded in the evenings over the weekend due to hosted events and SPA guests. But it wasn't too bad, so I can't really complain. But other than that, everything was perfect. =)

First time in Astana and Kazakhstan and WOW! The hotel was great for the price, wonderful and super-friendly staff, very-very good kitchen that open 24 hours. The food was above and beyond, my Mom and I enjoyed every breakfast we had. Lots of fresh traditional and non-traditional foods, tasty coffee and again - great service! The room was clean and cozy, with free bathrobes and flip-flops. The SPA was included into the room price, which was another great addition to our stay - we enjoyed the sauna and the hamam a few times. The gym is small, but still good and clean. Wi-Fi worked well as well. Overall, I'm happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a cozy and quiet place to stay close to everything. P.S. Best Aperol Spritz in the TOWN! =)

Paid additional 12+ USD for breakfast and it was quite average. Also not sure why its not included from start, specially as Booking level 2+ gives free breakfast.

Very pretty hostel in a relatively central area walking distance (30min) from main attractions. Staff were friendly, and the room was top-notch.

it was a bit chilly in the room and cold in the lobby, but I guess that was because it is only 2 floors hotel and it was -30 outside )))

the hotel is easy to find, the room is spotless and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and comfortable too, the gym is cozy and the equipment is good, the saunas could be hotter, but maybe it is just not so often used by guests. it is very good for short term stay.

The mini bar prices were in my opinion a bit excessive. Up to €6 a small bottle of water doesn’t sound reasonable.

The rooms were reasonable size & very clean. The staff at the reception speak english which is a bonus, keeping in mind the region. Airport taxi was easily arranged and made a huge difference in making my arrival hassle free.

It was raining during my staying and all path to the hotel was flooded. It was impossible to approach the hotel without getting your feet completely wet.

Great hotel! We were very satisfied. Friendly staff who are ready to prompt and do I want to mention a nice guy at the reception named Diaz. Your stay is comfortable. Breakfast is available. The perfect combination of price/quality. The location is convenient, walking distance to the main attractions, many cafes nearby, Parking is available. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time.
