The staff were really friendly and helpful and polite The place was spotless loved our stay it was near the arena which we was visiting and not far from attractions The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was amazing and plenty to choose from

Cannot think of anything important; maybe more choice in Pantry (nothing vegetarian) but hotel located close to several excellent types of restaurant

Location perfect, just at Albert Docks right at the Wheel - easy to find and lovely view from room. Room described as suite included Super-kingsize bed, bathroom, kitchenette with microwave, 2-ring hob, fridge, plenty cupboard. Down to breakfast room with decent variety of the usual, v good sausage & bacon, allowed me to bring a plate upstairs to room. Coffee machine working all day free. Very small grocery/pantry by reception offering couple frozen ready meals, pot noodles, confectionery. Lots of sofas and small tables all over lobby for meetings.

It is a new hotel in the Docks area of Liverpool. It is clean and the breakfast is very good. Car parking is easy in the garage.

Location was excellent. Size of the room and facilities far exceeded expectation. Lovely view from the room over the docks and the staff were very helpful. Also, a nice breakfast!

Nothing specific, other than the lighting in the room was harsh LED.

The location is excellent, with the warf, bars and restaurants a very short walk away. There is a buffet breakfast included, which is a typical hotel breakfast. Lots of options. The room was decent sized, quiet and a great view of the ferris wheel. The window in the room could be opened, which was a nice bonus.

Near the Albert Docks and Liverpool One. . Added bonus as our apartment looked out towards the big wheel.My granddaughter was absolutely thrilled. Wonderful stay ,we will be back. 😃

You get good choice for breakfast . But hot choice was cold. Plus sent us to the wrong floor of the car park .so we lost your discount on parking . Ground level customer service of car park .not level one as we got told .

Location staff amazing let's us leave bags when we checked as our train was later during the day organised a taxi for us staff friendly and happy credit to the business 😀 we stayed in room 412 room was spotless

The location was excellent for the ACC. The downstairs lounge was the best I have ever encoutered in a hotel. It has a range of comfortable seating including sofas and chairs, and had a genuine warm, casual atmosphere. Having complimentary social wine and beer between 6.30 - 7.30pm Mon - Wed was a really nice touch and made this a welcoming place to stay. The rooms are well-set out, clean and comfortable.
