Our second stay here. Upon arrival the staff were amazing, they allowed us to leave our luggage until our room was ready then they sent us a text when we could come back to the accommodation and go into our room. It was also my birthday and they had put a bottle of prosecco in our room for us.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfect

Excellent place, super clean and spacious. The staff was really nice and replies very quickly. The location is amazing, only a 5-minute walk to the main station in Manchester. Highly recommend this place!

Best price I could find for London. It's really in the thick of things and close to major attractions. Spacious as well. If you stay here, you must visit the Chinese restaurant across the street! Excellent service and super tasty food!

Lift system in car park not great. Doesn't work without keycard so have to carry luggage upstairs.

It would have been helpful to be able to have a firmer mattress and pillows as I suffer from a bad back.

Marce on reception was extremely helpful and found some nice restaurants near by. The location was perfect and apartment big enough for a short stay.

Thin walls/ceilings, could hear surrounding guests. I am sensitive to sound so wasn’t too surprised, had my headphones with me to block it out!

The location being so close to the train station was ideal for my mini trip. Staff were super friendly and helpful on arrival and departure. Loved finding natural products in the kitchen and bathroom, was like being at home :)

The location is in the middle of the city. We practically walked everywhere. The staff were all very nice and helpful. There's always a smile on their faces. The apartment was spacious enough to fit all of us (4 adults) and our luggage. The beds and sofa are very comfortable. The building is quite secure as well. We really enjoyed staying there and will definitely book it again

However, the cleaners woke us up both mornings of our stay with loud bangs and shouting which was frustrating due to the fact it was only 8am.

There was nothing to dislike.

I liked the fact that they had put the heating on for us in the apartment, it was a lovely welcome especially after a long train journey. I also liked the hot bevarages machine in the reception area I really loved having a hot chocolate drink coming in frim the cold. The staff were very helpful and I really did appreciate how diverse the reception staff were. I needed extra towels and by time I had come back from shopping they had been delivered to the apartment. Also the reception staff were very good at recommending places that I could vist also directions on how to get to these places.

Whilst it was largely clean there were some areas that needed a bit more attention

The welcome from the staff on the reception desk was amazing - they couldn’t do enough for us. The apartment was very roomy and d well equipped. The beds were very comfortable too. The location is spot on - right in the centre of town.

It is just a good place to stay. Central location friendly staff. Pleasent rooms. A little noisy at times but that goes with the location.

The tv was in a bit of an alcove that made the sound a little echoey. Also very surprised the tvs were not smart so we couldn't watch netflix.

The bathroom and shower were both great. Some extra hooks in the bathroom for clothes / towels would have been nice. Also there was no shelf in the shower for toiletries. The bedroom and living space were in good condition and a decent size. Very central location and not too noisy as just off the main roads.

I liked everything.. nothing not to like

Great location , modern clean , very well designed and equipped . Felt very personal , comfortable lounge area with rug and a couple books . Well equipped kitchen and has washing machine and dryer . Small supply dishwasher tablets and washing tablets . Bed very very comfortable . Coffee machine and tea in lobby with oat milk . Small modern gym All very eco . All staff lovely and friendly . Private secure parking underground with lift back to lobby . Quiet central location

No air conditioning of any kind, in hot weather it's really uncomfortable to stay there.

The bed was a little too hard for our liking, and the pillows a tiny bit flat. The flat got very warm overnight as well but nothing cracking a window open couldn’t fix.

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet considering it’s central location and felt like a home from home.
