The family room had a bad smell, few parts of the carpet were wet, a few mold spots in the bathroom too.

The staff was very friendly, always greeting everybody with a smile.

Overall it was a good experience with the family however I believe there is a good amount of improvement area in elevating the food standards specially the breakfast. There are very few elevators available which cause longer waiting time than usual specially during check in and check out times.

Location is amazing wherein anyone can reach out to London Eye and other attractions through 5 mins walk. Room sizes are quite moderate. Staff is very helpful and extends a helping hand as and when needed

The bar prices are very high and the sofa bed wasn’t that comfy for the children. It’s a bit of a walk from the tube station as well.

The room was excellent, the view from the balcony was amazing, and we had everything we needed. The pool was welcoming to children with plenty of availability and the staff were accommodating and kind. We got a complimentary early check-in when we arrived a bit early as well.

Liked the hotel very much, but my grandson went before our arrival and asked if they could lay to banners across the bed one saying Happy Birthday the other saying let's party as it was my husbands 84 th birthday and they agreed ,but alas the just left the banners unopened in a paper bag on the dressing table which was a bit annoying as my grandson went out of his way to do it .,but never the less we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and weekend .

The AC wasn't cooling sufficiently, and the room felt warm instead of cold, even though the temperature was set to 18°.

I went there for one night with my wife to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and it was amazing by all means. We received a complimentary upgrade to a river-view smart room, which was spacious and included a Nespresso coffee machine and pods. We could control the lights, AC, and curtains all from the touch panels available next to the door and the bed. The view was great from the 8th floor. The staff were really helpful and professional. The checkout process was via the app and was as smooth as it should be.

£20 for a breakfast was a shamble! Could of gone to a cafè and got the same thing for cheaper Breakfast was not worth the price it is

Weird layout made working out where things were difficult. Minor thing but I didn’t like having massive tvs on showing kids shows on at breakfast but to be fair we could have requested a table further away. Pool looked yellow due to the lighting weirdly and breakfast served in massive ballroom repurposed

Kid friendly touches like a goody bag upon arrival and kids section of buffet. About a 20 minute brisk walk from Westminster tube, large rooms, kids eat free when adult meals purchased in on site restaurant

The rooms are dark. No plug in the washroom for a blow dryer. Once again, my view left much to be desired.

The room was nice. I liked the walk in shower instead of using a bathtub.

The room that we got this time, had multiple challenges, the bath tub created multiple noises , the room was not really prepared when we arrived (was prepared for 4, though the invitation was for 5) , In the last day we left early, and asked to take breakfast with us, we got 3 fruits and a muffin, not worth the money ,

We Staid for the second time, now, not selecting the ecological program, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was really good and give high value for money.

If you are a family with 2-3 kids, the ecological program is not for you, the room will not get cleaned, the towels were changed only after multiple requests,

The Breakfast was great ! the Wifi is in high quality and the hotel staff is responsive and pleasant

The breakfast is cold and basic. The cleaner need to improve in cleaning the rooms.

The location is really nice and the staff were amazing. The lad Cain was professional and fantastic discharging his duties.He deserved an award.

We paid a lot extra for a river view room and were placed on the 4th floor with a tree completely blocking our view. It took some persuasion to be allocated a room with the view we had paid for. There was no hot water to the bath and I reported this immediately. It was not resolved until two days later, having had to report the problem a second time.

This is the first time we had breakfast there and I was dissapointed. Lots of the food was running out, the paper labels on the jams/spreads had fallen over so didn't know what they were and very messy The breakfast tea bags/plates/batter for the pancake/ bread had run out and took ages to get it topped up., To have to go outside for a nice coffee seemed strange aswell. The whole thing seemed disorganised

Just pool didn’t get my swimming in as should have gone later or early .

Very friendly warmth welcome and up grade to beautiful room with amazing view lovely gent on our check in , big bed and great shower and bath the view from room was great. Breakfast loads of choice and really lovely staff we had the restaurant bar which food was fantastic really great service and great entertainment. View mins walk down to London eye if ur don’t mind a walk tube not to fare walk loads around hotel . Pool was busy small pool loads of family’s great shows for kids on hotel.
