I would welcome a bit more vegetable on breakfast and simple diet side dishes like cooked potatoes or rice. But food was good!

I can rate the stay as very good. A big advantage is the large number of available pools with thermal water. Food was OK, accommodation equivalent to 4*. Staff (from receptionists to waiters) very helpful. The possibility of storing bicycles, a golf course under the windows as a bonus. It is definitely value for money.

Pillow was not that comfortable. The isolation of the windows in the room should also be improved.

1. Loss of electricity in our room for around 5h without previous warning. We got only apology from the receptionist, nothing else. 2. Although reception is said to be 24/7 nobody is there after 23:00, so if you ll have an emergency ( as did we during the loss of electricity in the room), you are on your own. 3. We had ants in the room 4. In my opinion hotel used to be 4-star, a while back, but now it is a sort of a shade of what it used to be. I would say it is more of a 3-star hotel.

1. great food on for the half-bord. wide range of selection and excellent quality. 2. We got lucky with a huge terrace and quite private, excellent for star-gazing and then evening drink in a private atmospare. (if you are a smoker, comfortable for morning smoke)

It was always very very cold in the restaurant. Even though we wore sweaters, we were cold every time. Children were also cold too. That was big disadvantage.

The breakfast and the dinner was excellent and fine. There was really wide selection of foods. The restaurant is also really nince.

On the last day we were told that we can use the pool as well, however the staff forgot to mention that this was only meant for the hotel pool and not also for the thermal park.

The food offer was very diverse and broad, it was fresh and tasty. The staff was amazingly helpfull and the pools are clean, big and enjoyable, the only thing i might suggest is turning the warmth up a bit, the outside pool was a bit cold.

A lot pricey for breakfast n dinner packages compare to other therme where they're service n facilities way much better. I had a feeling the hotel out off budget for maintenance. Aircon can't be adjusted stay at 25°c in the summer time, u can't sleep, open the door to get fresh air mosquitoes in. Report 3x, 3 different peoples, they can't fix the problems. Was really bad experience to closed our holidays, where we expected a relaxing and wellness place...?. People still smoking pretty much everywhere 🙄 this is the 1st time I wrote something like this. Sorry!

When we arrived at the hotel and it seemed like we are back in the eighties. 1. First of all, the hotel is under renovation, we made a reservation via booking.com and no one informed us about it. 2. The pictures of the rooms and the hotel are not related to the hotel and mainly belong to Terme 3000, the water park. 3. Everything is not looking good, it looks neglected and dirty, and there are no electrical outlets near the bed. There are cobwebs in the corners and on the ceiling. 4. The balcony has no privacy and is outdated. I asked in advance for a high floor and a view, and although they approved my request, we got a room on the first floor. 5. After flooding in the bathroom we went to the reception and the guy that worked there said that they are fully booked and asked us not to take a shower today and that they will fix the problem tomorrow! After refusing such a wonderful offer we insisted to get another room. When we tried to communicate with the hotel via booking chat, they replied to me after we already checked out :) Also, the hotel manager talked to me during my check out (not during my stay to try to improve our feeling), and all I got from her is we are very sorry you were not satisfied. To summarize our stay, we didn't like this place and never don't come back there.

We parked our car in the hotel's garage (and this is the garage of neighbour 5* hotel!) and could not find the entrance to the garage the next day. They is no sign of a garage at the door at all - just a white steel door on the corridor! The objects are lovely until the heavy rain takes place. However, after the thunderstorm, there are at once various buckets and blankets in several places in Hotel Ajda and 5* hotel Livada - really not a sign of good maintenance. I can only hope for the personnel in Hotel Ajda that during the current reconstruction works, the owners will also consider these problems.

The Hotel Ajda is part of a larger complex. However, during our stay, it was not overcrowded. The staff is everywhere extremely friendly and helpful - from receptionists and staff in the restaurants up to the cleaning personnel. Due to the extension of our stay, we need to change the room. We forgot the massage device in the first room, and Mrs. Edita at reception helped us to find it again. Thanks! The rooms are large and nicely equipped. Currently, they have reconstruction works that do not affect the guests' stay. The room price also includes the use hotel's fitness, as well as the use of the swimming pools of Hotel Ajda (8-20h), Hotel Termal (6-20h) and the entire complex of Terme 3000 (9-21h). The breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the food choices are diverse.

This is a 3-star hotel boasting 4-stars. Once you accept this fact, it's OK. Apart from crumpled & squeaky old beds and stale and stained carpets - again, in line with a 3-star hotel, nothing terrible, I've stayed in much worse - the main problem is that they want to differentiate themselves from the attached "5-star" hotel owned by the same company. To achieve the differentiation, they serve stale water in lieu of coffee and orange juice for breakfast. To add insult to injury, the bars serving actual coffee (still of questionable quality, but at least it's coffee) open only at 11 o'clock. In short: accept the fact that it's a 3-star hotel, bring sachets of instant coffee (you'll get hot water at breakfast), start your day with a back massage, and you'll have a decent enough stay at Ajda hotel.

Hotel ks very used and outdated. Needs major refurnishing. Pools are busy and especially in the therma spa 3000 the ceiling is very low and you smell french fries from kitchen everywhere. Not a pleasant experience.

All was coming into the years already. The price is extra-high for this category and location. Not worth the value. The quality of breakfast is okay. The quality of the dinner buffet is so lá lá. It would have been better to go outside for dinner. The prices are thrilling high: One Sekt at the bar (standard) 12€ ...

The thermal water is top! There is also some access to the Terme 3000. Unfortunatelly not to the Sauna of the Terme 3000. The room is quite small but okay.
