No fault of the hotel but the alarm going off at 2 am and everyone out in the cold for 25 mins was desperate. We also booked in to use the pool one morning at 8am we came down and there was no staff member on reception we waited 20 mins the indoor pool was green which was weird so we didn’t get to use it and nobody came to the reception while we waited.

The location was great a 10 min walk to train station. We found a gorgeous bar that did amazing grub called the black dog. The man on the door recommended this place to us it was fab. Good entertainment in hotel bar and the bed room was spacious too

There were some minor issues with the shower but not a deal breaker. Not good view from our room. During the 2nd night the fire alarm activated and the whole hotel was evacuated. It was false alarm and in 30mins we went back to the rooms but quite stressful for 2 o'clock in the night

Very clean and good room. High quality fascilities. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff and service. Has clean towels and every day new soap, shampoo, etc. Very good location. Great money to value deal.

The ambience of the hotel was amazing. Attentive staff, the location was perfect (Waterlooo and Vauxhall Station within walking distance) the views overlooking the River Thames from the River Lounge Suite were just bliss 👌

Complete chaos at breakfast. Unskilled staff at breakfast. Empty buffet trays not refilled on time. My full plate was taken away when I had just gone to get a juice, despite placing knife and fork in the appropriate way. Our shower had mold all over it. Black hair in shower upon our arrival (we are both blonde), very disgusting.

Room and bed very nice. Amazing view. Choice of breakfast and food at restaurant very good. Staff very friendly.

The fire alarm went off at 1.30am and startled me! It was a inconvenience as I believe it was a test that was mean to go off at 1:20pm. This ruined my sleep and I could sleep after it.

Service was hit and miss. Our bar experience wasn't great. We had to wait 20 mins and then raise our hand to get service. The bar man was clearly inexperienced and took a while to create our drinks. They were not great for the money. Breakfast in the room was pricey and they forgot the yogurt, fruit and butter. It took an hour to arrive

Lack of vegan/ healthy options for breakfast.

Love staying here. My regular favourite. The only downside is there are no Vegan/Special dietary options for breakfast. Otherwise this would be a 10/10. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and amazing views. I always feel so relaxed here and well looked after.

The staff were not the friendliest. I have recently had surgery and as a result have been on crutches / wheelchair for the past few weeks. The wheelchair unfortunately didn’t fit in the car. My partner rang the hotel and they said they would be as accommodating as possible. This was unfortunately not the case. I asked for breakfast (that we pre paid for) to be delivered to my room one morning as my partner was out and I couldn’t get to and from the bar on my own on crutches. The staff were unhelpful and said that I had to book the breakfast the day before if I wanted it delivered to my room. This was not explained on check in despite us raising the issue of my mobility. In general the staff were quite unfriendly and we felt as though everything we asked for (I.e bringing bags to room) was too much to ask for.
