That there are two Park Plazas on the river and we went to the wrong one first-my mistake, but possibly could be clearer.

- room needs deep clean. a lot of dust in room. - room cleaning around 9pm before sleep - hard to find swiming pool. when booking it just say go to 1 floor but if you stay on floor 14 then there is no 1 and 2 floor. so need to go to floor 11, go around to find different lift and go down.

- spacious room and shower - pool+sauna and steam room - elemis soap and shampoo - very nice staff on just ground floor - easy check in and check out. no need to go to front desk, everything is in hotel app as well as room key. - if you run London marathon then start is almost 1h drive with taxi 20£ or 2x bus drives. from finish is 30min easy walk. - around corner tesco express 2min walk from hotel

Check in was fairly chaotic, our landing had lots of rubbish left outside rooms and an abandoned cleaning trolley overflowing with used towels. The bathroom didn't provide any basics like a shower cap, cotton pads etc. Only shampoo and shower gel. Poor in room tea/coffee.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable with lovely sheets and towels.

The family room had a sofa bed as the second double in the room which I was surprised about. But it was actually broken & the bed kept collapsing which wasn’t great. We asked for a cot to be brought, the member of staff didn’t dress the cot very well we had to fully re make the bed & there really wasn’t space for it when I think there should have been with it being a family room. Also the fridge in the room was leaking so we had a wet carpet floor. And the cleaning staff never came In and cleaned between ours nights of staying.

Breakfast set up We went to get cooked food, and when we got back to the table, they had cleared our cups and were resetting it for the next person. Despite our room keys being there, they took them. They also did this to someone else on the same day TV in the room very hit and miss

Lovely sparkling entrance. Staff at the front door and ones waiting to point out which of the receptionists were free were excellent. The room is absolutely beautiful and spacious and very comfortable Breakfast loads of choices

No fault of the hotel but the alarm going off at 2 am and everyone out in the cold for 25 mins was desperate. We also booked in to use the pool one morning at 8am we came down and there was no staff member on reception we waited 20 mins the indoor pool was green which was weird so we didn’t get to use it and nobody came to the reception while we waited.

The location was great a 10 min walk to train station. We found a gorgeous bar that did amazing grub called the black dog. The man on the door recommended this place to us it was fab. Good entertainment in hotel bar and the bed room was spacious too

There were some minor issues with the shower but not a deal breaker. Not good view from our room. During the 2nd night the fire alarm activated and the whole hotel was evacuated. It was false alarm and in 30mins we went back to the rooms but quite stressful for 2 o'clock in the night

The ambience of the hotel was amazing. Attentive staff, the location was perfect (Waterlooo and Vauxhall Station within walking distance) the views overlooking the River Thames from the River Lounge Suite were just bliss 👌

Complete chaos at breakfast. Unskilled staff at breakfast. Empty buffet trays not refilled on time. My full plate was taken away when I had just gone to get a juice, despite placing knife and fork in the appropriate way. Our shower had mold all over it. Black hair in shower upon our arrival (we are both blonde), very disgusting.
