Nothing! Hotel was full. Had a beautiful well appointed sea facing room. Very good bathroom with special bath. Sadly, for my wife, she could not climb into it and we were unable to change due to high occupancy. This is in no way a complaint just her disability.

Staff were all happy. very helpful.

Didn't realise we had the funfair /play park in front of our hotel when we chose to pay extra for a suite with balcony. Bright flashing lights were on late into the evening, so sadly had to close curtains early, when normally I prefer to leave them open to appreciate a sea view and any bay lights. Because of the funfair you could only really see the beach if standing close to the window looking to the left, shame. oh and mattress had quite a dip but I managed! Lovely, nicely decorated hotel so hate to leave these comments but it did ruin it for me sadly and would hate for others not to know before booking.

Very clean hotel, lovely room, great breakfast, helpful friendly staff, pretty easy to park

Room at front of hotel would be best, as the room at the back of the hotel was very noisy from the road noise 😒

Breakfast value for money, hotel good location 👌

The food was superb. Needs a larger verity day to day. Not the same every day. Room 29 is large and spacious. The layout was to be desired.

Could not fault the staff in any way. Excellent. What ever you needed now was fulfilled there and then. Cleanliness is foremost. Very happy. Nice

Typical hotel in a sea-resort city where the kindness of the staff was outstanding. Good breakfast, clean room and close to all the things to see in Weymouth. I had the kind of relaxation I was look for.

There was a drop in fair in front of the hotel which compromised the view. As for the hotel itself, it was perfect.

Our mattress on the wardrobe side of the bed was odd, it felt like you were going to fall out - which was disappointing because the hotel has had an amazing re-furb

    There wasn't anything to dislike.

The staff are welcoming and helpful and Brian, in particular, goes above and beyond to help the guests. The breakfast is very good, with a plentiful choice of cooked items. The whole hotel is spotless and there is ongoing upkeep to keep this historic building looking fresh and shiny. The location is wonderful. A few paces to the beautiful beach and a few paces to the heart of the town. This was our fourth stay and we will be back.

This was a perfect stay for us to attend a wedding. The room had everything we needed and the location was spot on. Bonus points for having a garage for us to park in. The staff were so accommodating and let us check in a little earlier and check out a little later. What more could you ask for?
