We stay here at least 3 times a year for the last several years, we are all seniors and some of us are unable to walk well so we ask for a lower level room and only twice in the last couple years has that request been honored ! Seems they rent the bottom rooms to the people who are working construction jobs nearby.

Cleanliness was mediocre and on par with most other Motel 6 properties. While the rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are extremely small. Finally, with the exception of the very nice two-tier ramp from the parking lot to the lobby, all the other ramps on this property are extremely steep. If you are in a manual wheelchair, they are so steeply sloped you will not be able to use them. Electric wheelchair users should be fine.

Very nice full kitchen. Room was very spacious. Parking lot abd lobby were very ADA friendly for guests in wheelchairs.

I reserved this room since July 2022. We arrived past check in time. The accomodations I had requested were not made. I wanted a 2bed NON SMOKING 1st floor room. When I get there they had me in a 2bed smoking room on the 2nd floor. I told them that wasnt going to work. They tried shifting things around but said they had a new system in place and were unable to switch me rooms. I said ok let me go check out the smoking room available to me. I go in there and theres pizza boxes on the counter and beds are stripped of linen. The room smelled ALOT like cigarettes.It hadn't been cleaned yet this was past 4pm. I go back to the office and let the manager at the desk know about how the room hadnt been cleaned yet. Another lady was checking in who had booked a 2bed non smoking unit and was requesting a 1 bed unit because her husband couldnt make the trip. Thankfully it worked out great because they ended up putting me in her room and gave her a 1 bed unit. If it wasnt for that customer cancelling her room I dont think our trip wouldve been good. Considering everything in the area was booked for the weekend. The room they finally gave us was very tidy and smelled clean. My concern were roaches on the restroom floor and counter top at night. Hope this will get resolved and be better next time. Thank you!

Cleanliness, desk person answered phone from inside employee bathroom and SAID she was in the toilet and would be out in a minute and then once she appeared, she seemed to be in pajamas. It was like 7 pm... yikes.

The room was very basic, lots of fingerprints on cabinetry and nightstands, no dishes/cups/silver even though rooms have kitchenettes. Air conditioning was barely sufficient, remained humid and uncomfortable in room.

FLAT PILLOWS AND ONLY THREE NOT 4. LATE NIGHT IN AND OUT TRAFFIC. SMELL SO STRONG OF FABULOSO CLEANER.

LOVED THE KITCHENETTE. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE ONLY THINGS WE HAD ISSUE WITH WAS THE FABULOSO CLEANER THEY USED WAS WAY TO STRONG THE SMELL MADE US ILL. THE PILLOWS WERE VERY FLAT AND THERE WERE ONLY 3 INSTEAD OF 4. OTHER THAN THAT WE LIKED THE MOTEL. HAD ALOT OF IN AND OUT TRAFFIC LATE AT NIGHT BUT .

The things that they can update themselves upon would be quarters having quarters to be able to watch the laundry little dish soap things would be nice to be able to wash your own dishes see how dirty dishes sitting your room after you do cook and there's lots of trash it can be taken out when people you know leave their trash out in the main hallways it should just be taken out so it doesn't be like that

Kitchenettes in room they don't offer dish soap to wash your own dishes but it was decent and pool closed to early in my opinion

the room was cleaned properly another guest had a dog that won't stop barking there were quite a few roaches in the kitchen area of the room we stayed in(#113) one of my guests was given a room that was already occupied despite the fact that I made reservations in ample time for avoid this type of mixup

I think there were kids staying in the room above us. And they were running all night and that noice was very irritating. I tried to report it to the person at reception but it didn't help much.

We like that the room was clean, had all the facilities except the hot water in shower. It's very accessible right of the freeway. Very close to Huntsville state Park. Overall okay for one night stay.
