We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We stayed in a family room and found everything comfortable and very practical. The communal area and kitchen are of very high standard and super clean. There is milk and cereals, toast, butter and jam. Thank you! The location is great for exploring Alnwick castle.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, spotless room and facilities, location, view, breakfast (simple but limiteless - very handy as we travel with 3 always hungry kids). The smell of wood/ new furniture in the room - one big ❤️

Great location, lovely rooms, quiet! Kitchen to prepare meals; drinks, toast and cereal available. Dining area overlooking the harbour. Great bathroom and comfy beds. Amazing facilities to store our bikes, very impressed. All staff were great.

Bike Store/workshop was amazing as was Tony who help fix bike. All staff super nice and helpful. Much wider breakfast selection than expected and kitchen had everything we needed. Could look at views of marina all day.

Apologies given by Radcliffes, would have refunded/amended if we’d booked direct and/or were still to make payment when we arrived. Will book direct in future.
Amazing place, modern, immaculately clean, great facilities especially shared kitchen and lounge area - so well stocked with equipment, comfy furniture, games, books, maps, computer access.

Lisa was unbelievably helpful, she went out of her way to help us, as we were arriving after she left. She stayed on later to wait for us, but when we were still too late, and she had to leave, she stayed in touch, just to make sure that we got in safely and had everything we needed.
