Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOn the website it states that there is no airport shuttle, I emailed the hotel and got a response a day later. There is a shuttle and it’s cheaper than catching a black cab. Room was cooled and took forever to warm up.

its a Holiday Inn so it does "what it says on the tin". Well run, no surprises and ideal for a stay near the airport. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. View from the window depends on how much you want to see Slough.
