Cost of transport from airport - 2 miles. Taxi cost £25. Bus transfer £15. TV channels didn't work in room.

if this was expensive id have given a 5 or 6, but its very cheap considering how close it is to the airport does it look tired? yes... is it very basic? yes... but do these things need addressing? no (as that will surely put the price up) its a one night place for the airport and nobody would be staying here for their holiday, so it does the job :-)

The decor was so dated and the bathroom needed a refit , the bed was really uncomfortable, not enough pillows and no WiFi

Proximity to Stansted Airport which was the reason for my stay to catch an early flight the next morning. Cheap but see below for the reason why! At least they are realistic for pricing the accommodation in relation to the quality of the property rather than just the location

When we stayed builder work was being done. Being located away from that would have been better. No bin in the room or sower gel or conditioner etc which would improve the facilities.

Large room with little facilities- cold water in the hot tap so couldn’t make use of the bath and shower Luke warm. Really uncomfortable beds

It's nice that the windows are sound proof, but with the ventilation in the bathroom never shutting off, the sound-proof windows are not very helpful. It was hard to sleep with all the noise from the bathroom. Also, the lights in the room only partially worked. Particularly by the bed one didn't work at all and the other was very dim.

Beds weren't great. Room was extremely hot on arrival. Had to open windows to sleep but didn't feel safe leaving them open as they opened up onto the carpark and people were walking by.

Good for a one night stay near the airport. We had 2x double beds and one was extremely soft and the other very hard! I had the hard one and it wasn't comfy. Requested a cot on booking but it wasn't in the room so had to ask for it, twice. But once it came it was fine. Fine for the price for what we needed. For a longer stay I'd look elsewhere.

The smoke alarm went off twice in the middle of the night ruining a much needed nights sleep. Apparently a idiotic thoughtless guest was smoking in their room, but why should all the other guests have to suffer?

It looked like somebody forgot to clean the bathtub after prevuius guest. 🤢 And the shower cord looked like it has not been cleaned in years. 🤮 Next time I'll pick some more expensive hotel closer to the airport. They only have shower but that bathtub was great dissapointment. 🫤 And if you consider raid cost... the closer options might actually be cheaper 😆

Hotel is undergoing refurbishment and looks untidy. Transfer / Pick up was expensive for the distance involved. Room was not a refurbished one and definitely seen better days

Near to Stansted Airport. Good price for Park and Fly. Transfer to Airport was prompt and pick up easily arranged.

It felt like whoever cleans the place couldn't be bothered - whoever vacuumed the carpet in my room hadn't done a very good job. Despite what is stated on the Booking.com site that parking is free, it is not - this needs updating!

The room itself was good and spacious. It was quiet even being so close to the airport, which was good. The lady on Reception was helpful by giving me local taxi contacts as their shuttle does not operate after 6pm. The on site parking for the airport was convenient and fairly reasonable at £6 per day. Their airport shuttle (£15) was great and the driver very kind and helpful.

Shuttle is not included in the price of the hotel it’s 15 £ each way but if you can there is a bus to get there for 1,50£. The bus will leave you in front of the hotel. No body mentioned that the shuttle was extra charged even tho I called few times.

The property was clean, and the staff friendly, I had bath and I loved it.
