Nothing the room, stay, and staff were all brilliant.

The room was lovely and very comfortable. A great sized, comfortable bed with tea/coffee available. The bath was a great added luxury. Kim, our host, was very welcoming, and we had a delicious roast dinner the evening of our stay. Breakfast was great, a fantastic addition to the stay, and again, the ladies looked after us really well. The folder of local information, including walks, was a great help, and we enjoyed a short walk into town.

The bedroom was a little tired decor wise. There wasn’t much room in the shower which appeared to be in a cupboard! That said, the shower worked well.

Breakfast was lovely. Location was good, very near to Rye and surrounding amenities. Walks were in information folder although didn’t have time in our short stay to try them out…… next time we will!

Slightly further out of town that we realised. Not a fan of a rainfall shower over a very deep bath (maybe an age thing)

Lovely property, great staff, lovely big, clean room

My only critism was that there was no draft ale available but the bottled bitter was good.

We had breakfast and our evening meals at the hotel and the food quality was excellent. The staff were very polite and friendly, ensuring that our stay was excellent. The towels were so soft.

Better listed as an Inn, than a Hotel, bedrooms a little basic. Food not great, factory made pies, could have been better.

Friendly staff. The accommodation ticked most of my boxes, comfortable, easy access to Rye Golf Club ( about 10 minutes), good value.

The balcony was so small you couldn't sit on it. Only a bracket across the double doors really.

Lovely room in the Roundel. Comfortable and cool. Breakfast was wonderful, freshly cooked and a big selection.

It was lovely to stay in the converted oast houses. The restaurant and bar areas were really older worlde and the rooms were quaint. Had all the necessary facilities, staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely and evening meals available in restaurant. Really enjoyed my stay. 1mile from rye but there was a bus up the hill, easy walk back down.

Price seemed a bit high as a couple of other times it seemed £20 cheaper on same website. Breakfast wasn't as good as it used to be but cost of living etc. tables in breakfast room sticky . Just doesn't seem as good as it has been in previous years. Shame as it's could be fantastic

Lovely building & the accommodation and restaurant are fine. Long Man Brewery Best Bitter was tasty too.
