Nothing was out of place in the lovely place as a professional HSE Manager I couldn't fault it or the staff if I tried truly a tranquil place. Dont miss out and this as this was my first time here.

There were a few dead flies. For me, it is NOT a problem, but someone might be naive enough not to expect them. Very soft mattress pillow, but personal preferences.

The service is impeccable. The host is kind, caring, and accommodating. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, yet very professional. You see a real family setting mixing with the bucolic setting, resulting in this beautiful business rich in potential. There were a few dead flies/bugs. For me, it is NOT a problem, but someone might be naive enough not to expect them. I much rather prefer this that having any anti-flies products around the place!

Overtown Manor is truly fantastic. Ther sheer quality of everything is to at least five star standard. I am lucky, I get to stay in some wonderful places - Overtown Manor is up in the top five. The breakfast is the best I've ever had and that is comparing to the likes of Gleneagles. Try this place out

From the fresh-baked cake with our tea at check-in to the overnight oats with shredded farm-grown apples at breakfast, Overtown Manor is delicious. It is also comfortable - the bed, the sheets, the black-out curtains- as well as warm in all senses, from the fire in the lounge to the 5-star, unfakeable hospitality from Nancy and Charlotte. A true country manor house just 15 minutes and another century from Swindon train station (and 15 minutes and another few millennia from Avebury), Overtown is the type of secret that I don’t want to share for fear it will be booked next time I’m near.

Fabulous place had a really lovely 2 days. Amazing hosts , Breakfasts, grounds, farm animals and horses. Very friendly. Close to all the local sites and attractions. Highly recommend this place. Stay here

I can’t rate this B&B highly enough. From the moment I drove up the drive I knew it would be perfect. The host, Nancy, was wonderful from start to finish. Coffee on arrival with homemade treats and on the second afternoon too. Breakfasts were plentiful and as varied as you wished, using all local produce. For a horsey girl it was great to be able to wonder around the stable block seeing them all. Definitely worth a stay, you won’t be disappointed ☺️

Gorgeous welcoming property and lovely hosts. It was worm, cosy and very comfortable despite being -9 outside! Our room was spacious, beds very comfortable, fab shower and super breakfast!

Ok so access roads were a little tricky and Google maps had us taking a little detour around the neighborhood. It was all fine and part of the experience.

The feeling this was a family home with generations of history. The host was an amazing cook and I really enjoyed getting to talk with her about the property, family history and their adjacent farm.
