Reception clear and support team, including the security guard on what was a very stormy night of weather were very helpful and polites. Room a good standard and value for money.

Nothing everything was better than expected.

My Exec Premium Room was spacious, bright and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable, there was plenty of work desk space and a seating area to work from as well, plenty of sockets for business use and charging. The complementary mini bar was well stocked and the bathroom was spotless. Underground car park with 1.8m height restriction at very reasonable rates. Restaurant served quality, tasteful food and the service was good throughout my short stay.

Slow pace in restaurant and bar . Not enough staff

Clean and bright -reception staff great. . Restaurant slow and too few staff on the bar. Waited over one hour for our food - you should be enticing people to eat in not pushing them away !

We then entered our rooms which strangely didn't match the hotel itself. The rooms are in desperate need of painting and updating to match the beautiful hotel and facilities!

Hotel looked absolutely fantastic when we arrived.

Couldn’t regulate the air conditioning properly so we had to sleep with the window open and having to deal with the noise is coming from the street considering it was 0° outside.

The room was tight for 4 people but I’m willing to take that at such a great price.

A fantastic price for a fantastic location with the underground only a 5 minute walk away. Lots of food and drink options within walking distance and free breakfast for kids at the hotel if you choose that option.

No clear signposting to the hotel so did struggle a bit to find it initially.

Great location as very close to Hammersmith tube station and many places to eat in the area.

The hotel is quite out dated, carpets are old. The whole place need some renovation and brighter lights. Breadfast is not good.

Facilities are a little worn down but still perfectly useable.

The location was great, less than 5 minutes from the underground. Lots of places to eat near to the hotel. Really helpful staff. A really family friendly hotel. Would stay again.

was only staying for one night and checkout was at 12pm, wasn't expecting to be woken up around 8am by the cleaner knocking loudly on the door and coming into the room wanting to clean, then to return twice more, even despite putting the do not disturb sign on the door, it's like they were trying to make us leave. I understand if we were there for multiple nights we may not be in the room in the morning, but for just one night, we wanted to use the room until the check out time - maybe worth seeing who has checked out before waking them up trying to go into their rooms. we booked the hotel for use after a work party, so didn't get back until around 2am and was hoping to have a nice sleep before checking out, but was not to be.

room was nice, lots of space, very clean, staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival, beds were comfortable and had nice cushioned pillows, big mirror in the bathroom, sweets and juice in the lobby area.

We have stayed in the hotel several times over the years location is perfect for us But and it’s a very large BUT every time the breakfast is lukewarm I mentioned it every time each time we come back we hope something might have happened to correct the problem .But it’s always lukewarm even straight out of the kitchen WHY Mrs Gill

Rooms need to be updated. The bathroom is not in good condition Moodle. and water everywhere when taking a shower poor design. On my last day, I came down at 9:55 am for breakfast the host would not let us in and said we were late while there were people inside still eating and moving around. He was rude not about it so our 22-pound a person for breakfast was a total loss. Not impressed with the Novotel standards.

The location was great close to the train station and within walking distance of most local shops and restaurants .

As far as room cleaningness is concerned, i ‘d expect a bit higher level of it. We had booked 2 rooms. The sheets & towels were clean. The first day upon arrival there was a dirty spot at the toilet seat in one of our rooms.

Friendly & polite staff, very customer centric. Nice reception & bar/restaurant place with plenty of space for having a drink or/& dinner while the children amuse themselves as well in the spacious place. Nice location, close to Hammersmith metro station. Offered Free mini water bottles complementary for us every day in the room. Value for money

The sofa bed was broken and very wobbly.. Very low quality. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep.
