We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomWe loved the cleanliness of our apartment and the general feel of the whole road we were staying in. Not too far to walk into town, and quiet at night so we slept well. We really appreciated the breakfast items that were left for us. Most unexpected so this was a lovely touch. Ballycastle is a beautiful place and I hope to be back soon.

TanzaniaIt was a little far out of town but easily walkable and there were many cabs available. It makes up for the location with the peaceful suburban setting.
The house was very nice and the loft room was private with own bathroom. The room was well furnished, great natural light, quiet and easy to find with smooth check in. The hosts were very good with communication. The shared kitchen was downstairs which allowed for privacy between the other rooms and it was well equipped for all our cooking needs.

This is a modern home in a lovely quiet cul de sac. The room was spacious and really comfortable. It is self-catering, with a well equipped kitchen, but some breakfast basics, cereals, tea, and coffee and milk are provided without charge, which was much appreciated. Great value. Loved it. Will come back
