No view from window onto the street as shutters permanently closed and only a high window to give light. For obe night this wasn’t a problem

    Location, cleanliness.

TV was jokingly old. Cable was showing some channels, but not all that were in the TV menu. Everything was quite cramped - corridors narrow, room - quite small. Bathroom was decent size, but the shower itself was also small.

The area is quite nice, green and quiet for London. Two subway stations are nearby, as well as pubs, shops, and anything else you might need. The room had a fridge, stove, sink, and some dishes. Additionally - there was an instruction for food delivery.

Could hear noise in other rooms and bathrooms. Shower doors could not not be shut completely. There's a small kitchen with hob, but no cutlery, no pan and no microwave.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was very small, very little room to move around due to lack of space. Dark, instead of light curtains, would have been advisable to use in the room to enable one to block out the early morning light if one is a light sleeper.

The check-in and check-out processes were quick and the receptionist was very friendly and professional. The room itself met my expectations and was very clean. The location was less than 10 minutes away on foot from Bayswater and Queensway Underground stations and is also situated close to a wide variety of cafés, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and Kensington gardens.

One thing that could improve tremendously the confort of the room at stayed in is to have opaque curtains. For some people, it is hard to sleep with the outdoor artificial spot light or the morning light. Alternative option could be to provide night mask for eyes

The location is great and the service and overall standard provided is aligned with the budget range for the location. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel.

We asked for a non-basement room, since we booked well in advance, didn't receive one. The noise cancellation is poor- you definitely need earplugs if you want to sleep. The bathroom was very small, you can't sit on the toilet properly, and the shower is definitely not for extra large people.

The bed was comfortable. There was a fridge, hairdryer, basic utilities. The room was cleaned while we were out. We weren't looking for anything fancy, so it was fine for us. The staff was friendly. Location was good.

Small room but we tried to make ourself comfortable. Just enough for two people. Not enough space for two luggages.

Convenient . Easy access to subways. The streets are very quiet and night. They have lift and 24/7 reception service

Wifi was very bad and did not function most of the time. Our room was only separated from the neighboring room by a door, therefore not very soundproof.

very clean, kitchenette with basic utensils like kettle, cutlery, plates etc., location close to hyde park/notting hill and 5min walk to the circle line metro.

We had no warm water and no heating, which was unpleasant when outside is cold. After announcing several times at the reception finally we got another room. The lady at the reception explained us the problem, was ok, no big drama but it could have been solved from the beginning with another room.

Good position, near 3 tube stations. A lot of good restaurants around. Staff is ok (depends who is at the reception). The bed was very clean.

There were stairs inside the room right after the door, which the staff failed to mention, which could have caused an accident. Staff barely said hello, everyday, which seems like a bare minimum. It gave a much less than friendly atmosphere to the place.

Bedding is not exactly high quality. It's a converted Georgian town house, so, slightly odd layout and room shape. Usual London conversion build quality = every done cheap and quickly with the cheapest tiles etc, building quality.

Fridge/kitchen area is good. Clean, functional, - but compared to rest of the world, this should be a fraction of the cost - instead it's silly London pricing.

    - Unfortunately, the walls in the hotel are very thin and you can hear your neighbours a lot. (With earplugs you won't be disturbed.) - No bedside tables.

+ The location is great - close to the park, the metro and bus stops. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Even a pharmacy 4 minutes away. + Our room was nicely warm and bed mattress and pillows were super comfortable. + The room was cleaned every day and supplies of tea, coffee and coffee milk were replenished. + Hotel staff were very nice and polite.

The hotel has tried to make as many rooms as possible in the building. Not only was the room and the bathroom super small (couldn’t turn around in the bathroom/toilet) but more importantly the next door room was actually in the same room: separated not with a wall but with in an internal door, meaning you could hear everything on the other side and so could they. It felt like we were in a hostel sharing our room with others.

Beautiful location in a wonderful neighborhood
