Duvet for the bed was a bit small (maybe a smaller size than the bed itself? So not great for two people), but then again it was quite hot in the room so not a problem. It would have been lovely if coffee and tea in the room was replaced in the morning.

Great location, clean and confortable room. Not very big, but an ok size. The kitchen at the room was tiny but we were not cooking so not important for us in particular. Bathroom was a bit more old, still adequate. Cleaning service every day.

Bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Room was boiling hot, I can’t imagine how hot it gets in the summer!!

The toilets are REALLY REALLY small. We kept hitting our elbows and head in the shower area. We had a total of 3 rooms booked with this hotel. We literally have to jump over our luggage as there are no more space left to walk.

The hotel is in a shabby shape with little maintenance done. However, the location of the hotel is great as there are 2 tube stations that are within walking distance from the hotel. Good selection of food for dining and supermarkets within the hotel walking distance. This is one of the hotel with a more affordable rate in the area if you don't mind the subpar maintenance in the hotel room condition. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful though.

The room, especially the bathroom is cramped. The shower fixtures were problematic and the drain had a crack in it that apparently let water through to the office below.

The Chulan is in a great spot. Convenient for the buses and tube. The staff were very helpful and gave some good advice. There are also some good places to eat nearby. The line the Bayswater tube station is on gets you to most of the big attractions fairly easily and cheaply.

I choose this hotel for the location and for having a pentry to make breakfast in. When turning on the stove the fuse went off, so I wasn’t able to use it at all. The fridge worked well, so cold breakfast was fine. I woke up a few times from hearing noice from the corridor and from other rooms.

Very good location with restaurants and public transportation nearby. The roms are clean and tidy.

I think we got unlucky with the room we were given. The bathroom was so tiny we could hardly close the door and it really needed some TLC. Our heater wouldn't turn off in there too so we were boiling.

The location was fantastic. it's very close to plenty of shops and places to eat. The staff were amazing. They were all very friendly and helpful.

The room was a little warmer than I would have liked. I had two rooms booked, there was a fan in one but not the other. Would have liked more teabags/sugar provided on arrival, I could have asked for more, but shouldn’t need too.

I arrived quite abit earlier than check in, yet I was able to go to my room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room suited our needs and shower was good. Never stayed in Bayswater before, lovely location and would visit this area again.

Floor was creaking more so than the other room. Twice the alarm went off and everyone along the corridor came out. There was no way to contact the Reception by phone and I think that is very dangerous in case of emergency which we thought was the case. No one knew what was going on and what to do. I got a reply on whatsapp which is not enough during emergencies

I didn't get the room I stayed in previously but on the next floor. It is similiar without the tall windows.

No bad points as such, but: A microwave oven would have been useful. Kitchen utensils were very limited (but luckily I brought my own). On this occasion we had to improvise a table to eat our meals (although a table was kindly provided on our second stay at this hotel).

Smart, clean appearance; great location; 24-hour reception; friendly, helpful staff; comfortable beds; excellent daily maid service; kitchenette; quiet room; reasonable price. We were able to leave some of our luggage here during a break between stays (but we had to pay for that).
