Althought the wetroom was great, the floor stayed very wet after a shower, and spread out quite a bit, which became a little slippy and risky. Perhaps it would useful to have a "squidgy" mop available to help dry the floor more quickly? It would have been handy to have some more detailed directions to the hotel from the stations..it is easy to get lost in the shopping centre when you don't know the area. Some local landmarks or shops in the Hotel's descriptions would aid being able to find it? The Hotel front does not look like a hotel, as this is just concierge reception, so was easy to miss. Can we suggest putting a small receptacle on each breakfast table to place discarded butter / sugar wrappers & napkins? This would have been very helpful, we don't like putting them on the plates for others to have to clear!

The location was fine for what we wanted to do, and was handy (within walking distance) for us to get to the train stations to enable us to get to our concert. We had an accessible room which was a lovely size, and the bathroom / wet room was well equipped to aid disability. The breakfast was excellent. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Big shout out to the concierge, who walked us to a meeting point where he had arranged our taxi, which was very helpful.

The only thing was that the Internet kept disconnecting, and it interrupted my work many times. This is sad but overall it was a good trip.

- My biggest gripe is that there was no cardkey security to operate the lifts, meaning anyone could come up to the floors where guests are staying, which is a safety concern - Lifts operate very slowly - There wasn't hot water on the first night, but this might be due to an issue with the entire area rather than the hotel itself

- The location is excellent, especially with the Elizabeth line going into the more central locations in London and to/from Heathrow - Since the hotel's located at Westfield, there's a lot of food and shopping right at the doorsteps if you don't feel like heading out further

Prices in the bar for 2 drinks were somewhat eye watering but I guess that’s just the London factor. Maybe a discount for people staying at the hotel bearing in mind already paid a reasonable sum to stay

Our TV was bizarre. The remote only worked about 10% of the time, it was so strange. So it was stuck on for a few hours, then suddenly it would work and then stop again. The room was a bit of a walk but I know you can't help that.

It was so quiet! We worried when we realised that the hotel was in the centre of Westfield, but it was surprisingly quiet. It also smelled really nice.

Prefer a bit of natural ventilation but window was locked closed (on 8th floor, so understand, but the window could easily have opening limiters). Air con was too loud to sleep so room got a little warm during the night.

Fantastic location for the Olympic Park area (including ABBA Voyage) and Westfield shopping centre. Excellent room with top quality bed, bedding, pillows and bed linen. Nice touch to provide wine glasses and bottle opener. Great quality tea and coffee. Breakfast was superb. 5 mins walk from Stratford train & underground station.

Staff were fantastic. Monica heard that it was our daughters' 18th birthdays and they were sent up a bottle of prosecco and some petit fours. The rooms were great she the hotel was well located and generally quiet considering the location.
