Our room wasn’t serviced properly on the second night of our stay. We did alert hotel to this at the time but it was not sorted. However on checking out the duty manager took on board our comments and looked to investigate. And came back with resolution

Would not let my husband check in before me as I was working late ! Also had to pay a £50 deposit even though I had paid in full for the booking as they said it was through booking . com

The 2 knocks on the door , even though we had late check out the same lady knocked on the door twice , we come out to have privacy from our parents and not to be disturbed . This is nkt the first time this has happened either . They need to have communication with reception about whos had late check out

They had a zodiac sign cocktail menu printed but the waiting staff didn’t realise it wasn’t available so after ordering and looking forward to they came back to tell us it was unavailable.

Clean and modern, ideally located close to Stratford station and the Abba stadium which was the purpose of our visit. The food was excellent and served fast too, nice lounge style bar.

The room was clean and spacious. Lovely staff, had a hand written letter when we arrived, went out of the way to make our stay the best stay in the UK.

No drawers or clothes shelves - we had to leave most of our clothes in our cases. An inability to make a decent espresso coffee. On our first night we ordered a flat white, an espresso and a brandy. The flat white was fine, the single espresso was served in a large cup. It was lukewarm an horrible. The brandy never came. The second night we tried again. This time the espresso came in the correct cup but was tepid. When I complained about this they brought me a boiling hot replacement which is obviously bad for the coffee - it was revolting!

The in room dining menu wasn't working on my tv so I didn't order room service.

The location was great, right in the middle of Westfield so you were spoilt for choice when it came to food and if you wanted to do some shopping you had plenty of options. The shower was top notch.

The hotel suggest people park in the Westfield shopping centre car park unfortunately we had our belongings stolen from the boot of our car so just to advise that this is not a safe place to park

Unfortunately the breakfast isn't worth £20 , we got down around 8am loads of tables free ,staff friendly, but cold plates and food too ....did tell reception they apologise and would inform the right people Also may be give more directions on where to park car ?? As in follow the b car park sign etc.....

The rooms where comfortable bed was amazing pillows clean and quiet Short walk to abba voyage and great for walk around shops and food too

1 - Location > next to Westfield Stratford for shopping; a short walking distance to Olympic park; next to Stratford International Station and London Underground Stratford station. 2 - Room > bathtub available and comfortable bedding; 3 . Breakfast > average but acceptable; would have liked to see more choices and selections
