The facilities was quite old. Old furniture with drawers that cant be open. And for such a small room it was quite unecessary to have so much unfunctional furniture that take up so much space. I had to move my suitcase everytime I wanted to go to the toilet and back to bed.

I stayed for only one night since my flight got delayed. The room is suitable for one person only, since it`s very small and you can barely move inside. But, for a solo traveler that mostly stays in hostels, I found it cosy enough. I had a window - which is important for me to have sunlight in the morning, and Bathroom and toilet inside the room. The lady in the desk was very nice and helpful.

Beds could been comfier. Room was noisy. Would benefit from double glazed windows to keep external noise out. Bring ear plugs if you're planning on sleeping.

Price and location. OK if you just want a bed and a shower for a night.

There weren't towels in my room, I had to go downstairs and look for them. The shower floods. The furniture is old and damaged. The walls are thin so you can hear everything.

The receptionist lent me her phone charger because I didn't have an adapter, she was very nice.

hotel was run down and old. Bed was uncomfortable and room was really hot. Carpet was disgusting and chest of drawers, wardrobe was falling apart. Window frames were rotten and traffic noise was really loud. Bathroom was clean, but shower drain was blocked and door didn’t even close.

This place is ok for a 1 night stay cheep at £45 for a night small but OK very basic would not want to actually use this as a hotel more like a hostal vibe but has a private bathroom. No lift I arrived at 10pm after a 12 hour flight and a took the tube to Earls Court. I was on the 3rd floor and it was hard carrying a 25kg suitcase plus my hand luggage up 3 flights of stais I was wasted as been travelling for 16 hours

The room (201) was too small, there wasn’t even space to open two luggages at the same time. ⁃ Amenities weren’t working: Bed light, bathroom plugs and mirror light, drawers were blocked by the bed that wasn’t possibile to move. ⁃ Not enough storage. ⁃ The bathroom smelled like a mix of urine and humidity, the fan wasn’t working so it was way too warm. ⁃ Carpet was extremely dirty. ⁃ Bad sleep: Woke up at sunrise because light came through the curtain which wouldn’t black out. ⁃ On our second night the building’s fire alarm went off at 5 in the morning and lasted for 15 minutes. It was a “false alarm”. ⁃ Walls were too thin, it was possible to hear people even talking (or often fighting). ⁃ No elevator in the building. ⁃ Scarse security at the reception, anyone could come in and collect bags without ID check. ⁃ Housekeeping wouldn’t come unless solicited at the reception.

Fairly good price considered the area. It was in a gorgeous area, one of the best in London. 5-minute away from Earl’s Court station. Fairly polite reception staff.

the room is very very dated. the room smelled funky. Wi-Fi and tv not working. walls have stains that I don’t want to think about what they are. they only have heating but no fan/ air-con so the room became very hot when I closed the window, obviously to avoid people burgling in, at night. shower temperature cannot be controlled, like it’s super hot or cold. the water drain was very slow that I always afraid it will flood. all in all, a no sleep night, the only good thing is the price and location. really you get what you paid for.

Curtains didn't fit the windows, single glazing so it was loud, thin walls, luggage storage was in the main foyer so anyone could have come and picked up the suitcase

Poor and incorrect directions and incorrect contact information - ie, wrong phone number sent on my booking, incorrect checkin details and booking reference wasn’t recognised. I never heard back from the reception staff why. the PIN number instructions to the front door are actually for a private residence nothing to do with the hotel. you need to walk around the corner. no PIN number was required when I arrived but it says the hotel name above the door.
