why have wrestling on the t.v. at breakfast time?

Breakfast very good. as much toast as you desired room overlooked the sea and small lighthouse. 2 comfy chairs! Most places only give you 1 dinners were delicious, would recommend the home-made soup

If I had to make a comment then I thought the room was a little warm.

Pillows quite firm, but housekeeping found us some a bit softer. Two unexpected fire alarm activations...but don't suppose that happens every day! Nothing much not to like really ! No decent choice of eating or drinking nearby....a little bit 'out of town'.

Good location with very adequate parking. Nice friendly staff and building warm. ( Too warm in restaurant). Tram stop to Blackpool just 50m away and lovely views from the front rooms. A bit out of the centre, but walkable if you're reasonably fit.

Lovely location, beautiful view from bedroom window. Breakfast and dinner excellent with cheerful, helpful staff. Hotel in general well maintained and decorated whilst keeping the appearance and atmosphere of a traditional well run hotel. Traditional features.

Very Hot room. Bar shuts at 10pm(Apparently common in the area). Fleetwood is an absolute Dump. Location is terrible. This is in no way a reflection on the Hotel which is very nice, but it is a horrible area.

The location is very good. Tastefully and sympathetically decorated to suit the hotels history. Pleasant and polite members of staff.

We parked at the back of the hotel on arriving. The back entrance was awful and didn’t give a good impression at all. We nearly turned around and left.

They are obviously making improvements so the room was much more modern than we expected. The restaurants in the hotel were nice.

The room was too hot, the fan did not work our fault we could have gone down and maybe got another one but has we were going to be out all day it was fine

The room was nice but a little too warm we did open the window but there was no wind coming in. The food was good we had the small portions it was just right. They ordered us a taxi for Saturday morning one thing we did not have too do which we were so grateful for .

This old hotel still had the character and charm from its past. It was still in great condition and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

It was really great.. one night stop while working away .. Reception friendly, room clean and warm . Lovely view if the beach There's a lift which is useful. The bar was really reasonably priced and the food was fine.

An excellent hotel, really more suited to older people rather than families. Situated by the sea, opposite the tram terminus which will get you to Cleveleys and Blackpool, and with plenty of shops further down the road. Very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfasts. You can also get a selection of smaller meals throughout the day if required.
