“We have been here before and knew the hotel and as before the hotel was very clean and tidy. Our bed was amazingly comfortable and we had a restful nights stay.
Our early breakfast was as expected, nicely cooked to our request being tasty and presentable. There were many cereal choices and juices available and teas, coffee and toast were plentiful for our choice.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant and went beyond expectations which was very pleasing.
We were out during the day unfortunately at a family funeral so we were very late to book in, the booking in was pleasant and everything was ready including a very pleasantly surprised upgrade which was so nice and appreciated after the sad day we experienced.
So thank you to the North Euston Hotel and their helpful pleasant staff for their part in making the day end in a careful and respectful manner.
