Cute studio, a big room with all you need for a couple nights away. Perfect hot tub in a lovely front garden with fairy lights and a space to sit outside. Location was excellent a minute away from anything you need. We have loved trying different cafes in the area of which there are plenty. Helen is a lovely host too, very accommodating and the chocolates were a nice touch to the room. Me and my boyfriend loved staying here and we would definitely come back again

I was fully updated with clear instructions for gaining access and where to park, inside the place was spotless and such a nice combination of modern and quirky to fit in with the properties around it. It literally had everything there you needed and Helen had even created a continental breakfast basket for us! The centre was a 2 minute walk with so many cafes and cute little shops and Helen had even created a folder of places to go and eat which was amazing. We took full advantage of the hot tub and visited the castle and the museum which was free! But fascinating... I absolutely loved it so much so I have booked it again for next year !

There was nothing to dislike about the cottage!

Absolutely love this wonderful cottage! Perfect for 3/4 people wanting to be close to facilities but also in your own little world. Hot tub is lovely on the upstairs terrace where you can relax! I loved everything about this cottage! Helen was great too, she purchased milk for me prior to my arrival and nothing was too much trouble for her! Kids were happy too as tv had Netflix etc including sky tv. I cooked a lot and there was plenty of utensils. What more can I say….if you are looking to get away I would highly suggest this cottage! We shall return!

Booked the studio for a last minute stay, was originally just looking for a local hotel but was so pleased I came across this place instead. The studio was beautifully decorated, lovely little touches and had everything we needed. The little courtyard and hot tub was a lovely treat. The host was also lovely and so welcoming.

The setting was perfect, beautiful studio . Had everything that we needed , very clean and Helen the host was extremely helpful. Hot tub was amazing and the bed was so comfy.

Parking was a little awkward just due to lack of space. There is a designated parking space but other cars parking nearby made accessing the space a bit tight. More towels would have been good. We didn’t take any as description of property says they are provided. However, we were a group of three and there was only one hand towel, one medium towel and one bath towel to share between us! If showering and using the lazy spa it becomes a bit of an issue as we found out. There may have been additional towels on site but we couldn’t find any.

Perfect location in the heart of Penrith and easy to find using satnav. The cottage was lovely, clean and nicely decorated. The lazy spa on the upstairs terrace was put to good use! The little box of breakfast treats was a nice touch. Will definitely be returning!

Only a minor point - just one toilet / shower for 4 people.

Great location, everything within walking distance and good transport links. Dedicated parking space, good WiFi and the hot tub heated and ready to use.

Loved the Hot tub , cleanliness and the sense of homeliness with the property. The location was also perfect, everything you need from restaurants to pubs/ bars all within 5 min walk. Highly recommend Aira Force (20 min drive away) had an amazing time

Had everything needed and was beautifully laid out. Would have paid the rate just for the room but also includes a stunning hot tub as well.

It would be nice to have slippers and ropes when return room from the hot tub. Facility instructions weren’t placed clearly as we had to search in some piles to find pages of instructions. Would be nice to know the use time for the hot tub in advance so we could make the full use of it.

Due to the wind the curtain didn’t cover the hot tub area. This probably would work well on a none windy day. Another internal gate the height of the fence would be a great addition for a little more privacy.

Just the fact the hot tub was underneath a window that took away the privacy

The place was fantastic Only down side is the hot tub is right underneath a window for the upstairs property , a curtain over this would make it feel a bit more private

The cottage was absolutely beautiful, so cosy and warm inside. I left a swimming costume and Helen even posted it to me. Great location and surrounded by restaurants.
