From the lovely welcome to the cheery goodbye we felt as though we were more than just a customer. The room and the breakfast was first class. If you are looking for a B&B in the Seaton area look no further- you have just found it.

We liked everything about Holmleigh. Lovely and warm welcome from Linnea and Nigel, including fresh coffee/muffin on arrival. The attention to detail and personal care was exceptional. After a good night's rest, the breakfast was excellent with an amazing choice - Full English perfectly cooked by Nigel!!! Strongly recommend this B&B.

Lovely hosts that were very accommodating. Room was nice and the breakfast was fantastic. Nicely situated in Seaton close to the beach. Parking was very easy in the car park around the corner.

Bathroom was a little small. Beds were a bit firm. But everything else was good.

Excellent location close to the beach, quick and easy walk into town for shops, pubs and restaurants. Excellent couple running the show, including husband chef which shows in the food, and lovely wife that shows in the service.

Mattress in room 3 was a bit uncomfortable on one side of the double bed. May need replacing soon. Forgot to mention this at checkout.

There was nothing we did not like and had there been a problem I know we only had to ask and it would have been sorted for us.

On arrival we were greeted with a cup of tea and freshly made, warm blueberry muffins. This set the tone for the whole stay! Our room was fresh and clean. It was well stocked with a section of teas, coffee, toiletries etc. the bed was extremely comfortable too. It wasn't a large room, but very tastefully decorated with everything we needed.The breakfasts were wonderful with a wide selection of cooked breakfasts to choose from plus cereals, cold meats, cheese and fruit salad. The extra touches made it special; the home made marmalade for instance and the attention to detail in presentation. The lounge designated for the use of the guests was spacious and comfortable, equipped with maps and books of the area. The accessible fridge for guest use always had a supply of cold water and milk and room to put anything you wanted to keep cool. We greatly appreciated the free parking facility, which meant we never had to worry about finding a parking space and still had the benefit of being in a central location.

We found a gem Bed and Breakfast in Seaton. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had with enough choice from cereals, fruit, continental or cooked breakfast, again with such a varied selection of food. The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating to ensure our stay with them was as pleasant as can be - and it was.

There was nothing we didn't like, we would definitely stay there again!

We received a very warm welcome from Linnea and Nigel who were such attentive and friendly hosts! Everything was very clean and decorated in good taste. The room was pretty and comfortable and had a nice view. The location was excellent, just around the corner from the seafront. The a la carte breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of choices made and presented beautifully! The free parking was a bonus too.

Room was beautiful, a large ensuite with a shower and a bath, gorgeous toiletries, even dressing gowns in the wardrobe. Breakfast was exemplary, so much choice, and our hosts went above and beyond to make sure my dietary requirements were met....even to the point of providing separate gluten free biscuits for the room. Best bit..... the loveliest hosts, whose knowledge of the local area was really useful, nothing was too much trouble.
