We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThere is some air traffic noise, but I wasn’t disturbed by it. The car park was absolutely packed! I think I got the last spot, but could see other vehicles parked on the ends of rows etc (hope they didn’t get tickets). I pre-booked parking, but the process wasn’t very clear that you still had to get a ticket on entry and get it validated at reception. Not the end of the world, but probably needs to be better displayed
Everything was really clean and a higher standard than I expected for the price! The shuttle bus to the airport comes every half an hour and departs/arrives right out front. It takes about 10 mins and is very prompt. The staff are all extremely friendly. The room was of a high quality and perfect for a pre-flight sleep.

LithuaniaThe room was a little too chill to my liking, but eventually I was able to heat it with AC. And of course, there was some noise from airplanes, but what can you do, when the hotel is next to the airport.
Not only the breakfast buffet was good, but also in the evening - the restaurant offered decently delicious meals. Overall size and quality of the rooms are good. The staff was quick, competent, and nice. Also, I liked, that the hotel wasn't too crowded. Shuttle bus from/to Stansted is going every 30 minutes and takes only 10 minutes.

BelgiumThe plumbing in the bathroom was smelly, upon arrival and I entered the bathroom it would overwhelm me, so end up keeping the door closed and only quick shower or when needed.
Waiters, at the beginning weren’t really polite, but I guess We all can have one of those days, 2nd day they were friendlier, food was excellent, so kudos to the chefs. 3&4th day very friendly and helpful staff! Specially thanks to the waiter who used to live in U.S who got me brunch :D

AustraliaConvenient to Stanstead Airport with shuttle pick up from the Airport and ride of 10 minutes or so - cost £4 each way from memory. Not close to anything else, certainly no views - but room was comfortable, there was a restaurant with okay meals. It did the job!
