Parking- we had to park at the football ground and as we aren’t familiar with the area it was stressful finding it. Once again the same gentleman who was in reception took my phone and guided my husband to it.

Parking was a hassle and stressful when we arrived plus the fire alarm went off so we couldn’t check in. When we finally did get in, the kind gentleman on the desk more than made up for the inconvenience and gave us a complimentary breakfast- this was without us complaining! I like a bedroom to be very dark and although there were blackout curtains light still came in at the sides and underneath. Not sure what you can do about that!

My friend and I were on two different floors. It was too complicated to get to her floor without requesting a key to her room.

The dinner was delicious in the Garden room.

The car park was difficult to find due to road closures and 20. Minute walk away . I was on my own whilst booking in which made the whole process very stressful,

Bar was closed by the time we got back from the concert, which was disappointing. After a long tram journey, it would have been nice to get a night cap, but unfortunately, times have changed.

I loved everything about this hotel . Rooms spotless. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. It's not a massive amount of space, but enough to move around. Great balcony with high stool chairs because of the view. Massive TV with Sky sports is a bonus too for any sports fans. Smeg fridge with enough room to keep a few beers cool. Welcoming friendly staff

Wasn't made aware of the alternative parking arrangements at the time of booking. (However, we had parking in the Old Trafford football ground, which was a 10 minute walk away, but fully secure and manned, so cant grumble too much about that). There was a new member of staff at the bar who was lovely, but we felt they could've been trained to a higher standard before being on her own at the bar. Breakfast was barely warm (but there was plenty of selection).

As soon as you walked in, luggage was scanned, which made us feel safe. Front of house taff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, overlooking the cricket ground. It was very clean. Shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash were provided, and the tea/coffee station was filled a-plenty.

Because of the concert the parking was allocated at the football grounds, about 10 mins walk away, couldn’t be helped but would’ve been to have closer parking

Booked a stadium facing room with balcony for the night before a concert. Phenomenal views of the stage. Staff were fantastic and food in the main restaurant and breakfast were great too. Also came with free parking

    Nothing, everything was perfect.

The hotel was ideally situated for the tram to the concert venue, with the tram being directly behind the hotel and no changes until it reached the venue. Excellent room, staff and breakfast. Usually stay in Hilton hotels and this was the best so far.

We were somewhat underwhelmed by the evening meal at the restaurant. The meal certainly didn’t represent value for money although we thought the breakfast was excellent. The downstairs bar was great too

My only very small gripe was the bar closed.at midnight. We got back at 12.30 and would have loved a nightcap before bed. Quite a few people got back late so it would have been worth it to keep the bar open a bit longer.

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had pizza in the bar area. Breakfast was self service and excellent. Hotel was close to the tram system for getting around Manchester. We stopped at the hotel overnight as we were seeing The Eagles at the new Co-Op live venue. Free travel on the trams to the venue and back. Brilliant weekend. Would definitely stay there again.

The bed was too hard. Breakfast was cold. Poor signage on arrival from the tram. Shower was a bit feeble. No biscuits 😒.

Lovely clean room. Great view of Old Trafford cricket ground. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location for the tram, Manchester United football and Trafford Centre.

The only bad thing was the parking so far away due to the on site car park being used to set up for a concert. Wouldn't stop us staying there again.

All of it. The staff were so friendly, food was perfect, room with a view and a balcony made it feel more special. Wished we could of stayed longer.

Lack of communication about parking. I was under the impression there was ample parking out the hotel. Only to be told we were unable to park there and was given bad information by the car park attendant which resulted in us driving around for 30 minutes. we resorted to having to ring the hotel reception, where a very helpful member of the reception team help us, only then did we know where to park

Excellent hotel. Room was lovely, facilities great
