The bar food on the Saturday afternoon was very poor ,, kitchen didn't seem very organised,

Lack of vegan options for breakfast + in the Grill bar no option. Vegan pizza would be good to have on menu as would vegan yogurt, croissants, sausages at breakfast. Oat/soya milk was provided though which was good.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming + accommodating. Location was perfect for the start/finish of the Manchester Marathon! Balcony view overlooking cricket ground was amazing! Hotel was very new looking + clean

Stayed in a lovely twin room which was immaculate and perfect for a nights stay. Free parking on site too which is always a bonus. Great location for where I needed to get to work for the next day. 😊

Having to leave!

This was our second stay here. We chose it again for the marathon location as several of us were taking part. It was perfect. Bradley - in his first week - was friendly, professional and efficient as we checked in. The restaurant staff for all meals were all efficient too - it was clearly a really busy weekend for everyone but that didn’t show at all.

A modern well appointed hotel. Major attraction is that it has free parking (validated by hotel)- a feature not available to a lot of central Manchester hotels. Good transport link (tram) to Central Manchester. Hotel is part of the Old Trafford Cricket ground and is also convenient for Manchester United stadium. Room clean with modern conveniences

I didn't find anything that I didn't like. I have rarely experienced a hotel where everything was perfect. There is nothing negative to report.

A beautiful new hotel in an excellent location. Only a 10-minute walk to Manchester United's famous Old Trafford stadium. Just 10 minutes by taxi to the city centre with its many restaurants and pubs. The cricket stadium is right next to the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a marvellous view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired.

The lights in the balcony were on ALL night so even with a blackout curtain the room was still light. Had to put a t-shirt over my face to sleep which wasn’t ideal. Breakfast was rushed as they clearly wanted to set up for a conference so when things had run out they wouldn’t replenish, which I thought was a bit rude as we didn’t even get there late. More people arrived after us and had hardly any choice.

Well overlooking the cricket pitch was amazing! We even watched the Lancashire Women’s team train for a bit from our balcony. The room was fresh and new. The breakfast was lovely and came with a great view of the pitch. Parking was free and secure.

This place is within walking distance from Old Trafford and the Tram Station. THey have great breakfast at the facility for a small price, compared to what you'd pay outside. This was our second trip here and will be coming back soon.

Minor points. TV remote backing was missing so batteries fell out. Maybe a couple of free biscuits in the room would be a good idea.

A beautiful new hotel with stunning views of the Cricket Stadium. Only 10 minutes walk to the famous Manchester Old Trafford Stadium. The location of the hotel is perfect - less than 10 minutes by taxi to the city centre with its many pubs and restaurants.
