The double rooms are small but aesthetically pleasing and clean. No decaf coffee available so hopefully they’ll add some sachets for the rooms.

I would recommend a stay here. The staff are friendly and cooperative. Excellent location near Victoria station and not far from Tate Britain. Decent continental breakfast available. Excellent shower with large cubicle! That made up for the small room.

There is no lift/elevator and we got a room on the 4th floor. In total we had 97 steep steps to get to the room, though the staff did offer to carry our bags.

Good location if you’re passing through or want to be close to Victoria station.

I booked three rooms because we had a party of six people. Two room were placed on the ground floor and another room on the third floor. I would have preferred to have been placed closer together. Also out of the three rooms only one hair dryer worked and it only worked if the air conditioning was turned on.

I like the overall vide of the hotel. It has great staff and inviting entrance. I thought the rooms were nice but I did not love the bed. The value for money was good. Great baggage storage before check in and after check out. I should have checked the location because it was a bit further from the underground then I was expecting. But overall we had a nice stay.

Unfortunately, the wifi is bad. I literally cannot connect throughout room and lobby. There are always piles of dirty or clean towels at the hallway.

We tried to check in about 90 minutes early but were told not possible. They did allow us to place luggage in a storage room so we could go see sights while we waited.

Very comfy bed. Small but very well designed. Early check-out was made possible for me with a little surcharge, which helped me a lot. Very kind staff. Hard to beat at this price in central London. Definetely recommended!

Ideal location, very friendly staff. They assisted me my luggage down the steps to my basement room. I loved the small bathroom and the shower water pressure.

The room didn’t appear to be soundproof as the website suggested. We were on the lower ground floor at the front and could hear whoever was outside working; plus anyone walking past in the corridor was really loud.

I thought the bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was nice and warm, the bathroom was impeccable and overall the room was great. It’s definitely somewhere I would stay again if I needed to - and I would recommend it to others.

We arrived at 11am ish, the room was ready, check in was 1pm, but they would not let us go to the room even though it was ready, we would have had to pay £10 per hour - this is the first time I’ve ever not been allowed into the room early if it’s ready I would also expect a fridge in a 4 star hotel room Also, only continental breakfast available
