Shower was cold, shower handle broken. On arrival you are charged 2000 baht deposit. That’s no problem, but when checking out we were told we drank 2 bottles of sparkling water when we did not. Money taken from our deposit.

The pools were nice, beds comfy, spacious rooms.

Facility needs a slight renovation of electronics such as door keycard receiver. We where stuck outside our door for like 30 mins everyday because the key card door receiver dint work

Not halal friendly. Very old resort. Long distance walking to main Rd. No near halal restaurants.

Not a good place for elderly abv 50yrs old. No lift..all need to take staircase till 4th floor. Everywhere is staircase even going to pool and restaurants.

The cleanliness of the room was ok however I feel the cleanliness of the corridors and stairs outside of the rooms could be improved. (This really needs to be looked at) The hotel would have been amazing it its early years however I feel it is a bit tired now however you do get what you pay for and for the price I think this resort definitely gives you what you want..

The food was good and I thoroughly enjoyed all the meals that I had there. The staff were friendly but I feel they were tired due to it being the end of a busy high season and I observed that maybe the guests were not all that friendly or thankful to the hard working staff. My view was amazing of the beautiful Andaman sea and the sunsets. The pools were excellent and very clean and well cared for. The gardens were also very pretty so beautiful at night. The hotel also tries to engage guests with happy hours, pool parties and I think more of this would be fantastic.

The check in time at the hotel was very annoying and unbearable. It was 12.30 pm when I reached the hotel. I was given the room at 4.45 pm.

This hotel is located on the hill above the sea level. From where the feeling of seeing the sea is very good.

The employees of this hotel have a very bad attitude and you feel that you have to argue with them all the time. They do not respond to you and the management of this hotel is very weak. We received our room 4 hours late. The service inside the room is very poor. I called to ask for anything, they didn't answer the phone. For example, I called for almost half an hour and they did not answer the call. I needed a towel, but after following up twice, they did not bring it to me. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone because it was so awful.

Drama when we checked in with multiple other guests which took forever to get us into rooms. Rooms not cleaned properly before we got there or during our stay. Bit of an uphill walk to get to lift for rooms. Trouble again taking too long when leaving. Multiple groups of upset guests on numerous occasions and staff handled poorly

The room smelled of stale smoke even though I had booked a smoke-free room. Check in was a bit chaotic as early check in was not possible and everyone was supposed to check in at the same time.

Rooms need a refit. Rusted shower heads and broken things around the room. Clean enough but not super clean.Room service only till 11 and last order at 10.

Close to Patong and main attractions and the hotel is huge so that's a plus.

Rooms were not enough cleaned as per our opinion. Besides, rooms weren’t clearly not enough soundproof and if you’ve have a bad luck to have noisy neighbor, good luck to sleep. And finally, the AC’s working only on one speed which cooling the room too much ! Either you’re sleeping in the cold or in the hot.

We liked the pools and the location which was a little bit far from the city noise and the main road enough not to hear cars and bikes. Besides, the staff was friendly and very welcoming ready to help you if any problem occur.

The cleanliness was poor with dirty bathtub and mould in the bathroom. We couldn't use the balcony bathtub which was one of the reasons we chose that room.

The pools were very nice and the staff was helpful. The view from the upper buildings and floors is spectacular.

We had a honeymoon suite where for the first two days there was a septic tank leaking from the toilet and it stunk.The service did not respond to our problems. After I went to the reception and asked for a refund for the following days and because I wanted to stay here longer, they changed us to another apartment where the problem with the toilet disappeared.But the next one started, the cleaning service didn't refill the minibar, they took away the old towels and didn't leave the new ones, and it wasn't just one time, but a couple of times, which is irritating in a country like this when you come back after a whole day and want to take a shower and go out for dinner, but no he doesn't have a single towel.We had to take toilet paper from the trolley in the corridor, otherwise we wouldn't have it.These are the basic that are unacceptable in a hotel honeymoon suite.,

Breakfast was very poor for Thailand, it's better and cheaper to eat in town.

1. Bad attitude from some staff (mostly the shuttle drivers) 2. Takes a long time for them to send any service to your room 3. The room was spacious but looks average. I think they are due for much needed renovation.

Breakfast hardly changed, very little variety ( no bacon! ). Set on a steep hill so lots of stairs or need a lift from support cars which can mean delays. Had 2 rooms with 3 TVs that were all different, two with no local channels that just relied on the internet for YouTube only. The wifi was very patchy which made relaxing with a movie or tv show impossible. Air con was intermittent.

No bath towels, very annoying after a shower. Accusations of stolen cups! Total nonsense. Who steals cups? They refused to return my passport. Didn't even check my luggage.
