My stay at the hotel was nice. The room was cleaned and the staff was quite professional. Besides that, it's near the bus station through which I can easily go to the city centre.

Structure, design is okay buy could make it more brighter and freshful.

The place is kinda old but it does the job in the price it asks. The check-in was super smooth and quick, I really didn’t expect much while reserving but it was bit better than that and it has tea-coffee making basic facilities as well. Overall, I enjoyed and it’s very nice for the price.

The hotel was in a filthy area, The hotel was dirty, Very much in need of a lick of paint. The room was small, The shutters on the windows wouldn't open. The furniture and bed were old. The toilet and bathroom area were so small you barely had room to move.

The only good thing about this hotel was the price. To be honest the price should have had the alarm bells ringing.

Why there was availability at such short notice. From the moment we walked in you could smell cannabis which got stronger throughout the property, complained to the staff and they didn’t do anything about it other than proclaim they didn’t know why people do this. The room was covered in dust, the walls were so thin that you could hear EVERYTHING going on around you, someone had a phone alarm for 6am in an adjacent room that went off for 35 minutes. Complained to staff, nothing they could do. This all resulted in spending nearly £100 for 3.5 hours sleep in total. When it came to checking out, as they took my license as a deposit for the key card, they were being funny about giving me back my license which was unprofessional, and all in all the staff member on the morning just didn’t seem to care one bit.

I ve been there for 2 weeks and the cleaner lady doesn't clean my room every day doesn't take the rubbish, doesn't give me extra toilet paper. I requested by they ignored me

The room stunk of smoke, so much so we couldnt wait to get out when we checked in. The blinds in the room were broken which allowed the big spotlight outside to shine directly into the room all night. The room wasnt very clean although the bed was.

The bed was comfy and clean. The shower was hot and had good pressure.

Lift was not working

It went well, staff were helpful, smooth check in and check out. Wanted a late check out as we reached late in night and they allowed us to stay extra without any cost. Will return again.

Nice place with an ambient light and relaxing environment. Moreover the rooms are cleaned and properly maintained according to my needs. The staff is also very helpful and trained in terms of guiding me. I would like to stay here more if I get a chance.

Mattress Cleanliness Parking charge Noise and junkies trying doors in the middle of the night

Needs a deep clean, carpets and skirting boards are areas to focus on... The mattress would be better in the bin, probably purchased 20 years ago as could feel every spring in it and the pool table was a joke, 5 yellow balls, what a gimmic for advertising purposes, extra lounge seats in it's place as it's collecting more dirt and dust... Very poor standards, junkies wondering the corridors at all hours trying the doors, unsettling and noisey... The website is not accurate mentions continetal breakfast but there are no such facilities, it did have parking but the extra charge was a con.

Very basic facilities, parking extremely difficult. Run down inside and couldn’t even get a drink in the place! Woken up every half hour from 4am by the room next door!

I recieved a phone call of hotel staff at 11.35pm after booking a room for a nother nigh asking if I would come down an pay instead of waiting till morning very unprofessional thing to do especially 11.35 pm Not a place ad recommend after this visit
