Our bed was very hard, we would prefer a softer one. We did bring earplugs and we used them as well, since we heard quite a lot of cars at night.

The property had everything we needed. The staff were nice and very helpful! We could grab a drink whenever we wanted and the breakfast was good. Our room was small, but once again, everything we needed. It was very clean and there was a nice shower.

The ground floor bedroom window was not frosted so I had to have the blind closed all day as it backs onto the smoking area. The pillows were quite flat and thin.

Only 1 very flat pillow which I didn’t notice when we checked in and when we returned at night no one on reception to ask for more pillows otherwise the bed itself was very comfortable but couldn’t sleep lying flat

The room was quite small, but that might be expected in London. I also didn't like the location, but that needs to be qualified. It was perfectly situated in relation to the train station and the bus stop; no complaints there. It was also easy to find. I simply would have preferred my husband be traveling with us as the neighborhood had too many men walking about and not many women. I was traveling with my 15 year old daughter and we were given more attention than I would have liked by the locals.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful, and I mean that. This staff was very, very kind and everyone had a great attitude. Breakfast was sufficient, not fancy, but good and nourishing.

Worst thing about check out time. Normally checked out time around 12 o clock but here they charged extra after 10 o'clock.

Good rooms for staying at Romford road. It's close to Stratford centre and westfield. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are cooperative & well behaved.

Hard to pick a fault for the money.

Staff very helpful with parking and easy to speak with on phone. Very polite service upon arrival and throughout. Rooms small but modern and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast also included, coffee availabile all day. Very impressed

One thing ruined this trip. The bed linen had been washed and appeared to be clean BUT there were faint stains on both sides of the duvet cover. Not acceptable and unpleasant. A shame because otherwise the stay was perfect for not the nicest part of London and convenient for journey to Stansted. Staff were apologetic.

The breakfast was terrible. It started at 7.30, I was there when the food was brought out. There wasn't much choice and it was already cold. The eggs were overcooked, hash browns were cold. No vegi option only meat sausage. I couldn't eat any of it and had to buy breakfast when I left
