Just that the room was very cold when I entered and I didn’t know I had to turn the radiator on till about 2 hours into my stay

One morning it was quite windy, because of which there were some louder noises, but it didn't bother me, since I sleep well in any surroundings, also it might be common in the UK, I don't know about that.

The staff was amazingly friendly, the breakfast was superb, there was fried eggs, hash browns, beans, bacon ans sausages, also sandwich bread, peanut butterand, jelly and a variety of muesli. For drinks there was pulp free orange, lemonade, water and coffee, a small selection of tea and simple hot chocolate. We were satisfied with this.

We were on the top floor so you could hear the pigeons really clearly in the morning, but wasn't a massive issue!

Staff were fabulous! Breakfast was a full English buffet and really tasty. About 20mins walk to Stratford Station so great for jumping on the tube. Room was large and bright and clean, perfect for one night or several.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was amazed by the Breakfast, didn't expect there to be a cooked breakfast that was complimentary! We were upgraded free of charge just because we'd had a difficult journey.

Bed sheets should be replaced more often as there were visible stains. Issues with the room card access. Breakfast was very basic, based on english breakfast but was cold. Lacking options like pastries, ham and cheese for those who are looking for something different than regular English. Only shower gel in the rooms, could provide shampoo and hair dryer.

Staff super friendly, room was very clean, all around free coffee and tea. Not far from public transport.

For the price payed, location, excellent value, parking fees a little dear... room was a little on the small side, everything clean and tidy, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was basic but ok, but as i mentioned, for the price payed and location to my work was good value.

I believe that breakfast needs some diversity. For a short holiday it's ok, but for many days is hard to eat the same things everyday.

It was clean, warm, you also have air conditioning for the summer period. The rooms have decent size and they are cleaned everyday. Many markets around, bus station is very close, underground station is 15 min walking.

A few basic amenities could be added to the rooms, a chair to sit at and a hairdryer. Also the pillows are not very comfortable but fine for 1 nights sleep. Despite being on the lower ground floor our window didn’t open at all which would’ve been nice to get some fresh air.

The staff are the best part of this hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We reserved parking beforehand and the space was ready for us on arrival. The room was very clean and the complimentary tea/coffee was a nice touch. The property also felt safe and secure.

The Breaksfast was okay, cold and didn't taste like it was made with quality products. Room was very Tiny, bed sheets has hair and small spots of stains dotted everywhere. Shower was warm to slightly hot.

Although they seemed washed, bedsheets and pillow cases had half a dozen stains on them. There was a half used paper toilet roll in the bathroom and there was dust and some kind of black flakes on the window sill.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is next to a bus station. The bed was comfortable. Bath towels were large and fluffy and breakfast was alright for the price of the accommodation - eggs, sausages, jam and butter, toast, three types of cereal, hash browns and a selection of coffee and tea (coffee machine).
