Room and bathroom spotlessly clean! Breakfast was simply amazing and delicious. The location is perfect (bus station in front of the Guesthouse). Not far to walk from center (about 5 minutes). The owner Giacomo we haven't met, but he was easy to get in touch via Telephone and he was extremely friendly and helpful! Dorota made our breakfast and as well as Giacomo was also very helpful and welcoming! The open loving room was also very cozy, where one could sit after a long day of sightseeing and read a book or have a cup of tea. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Bath.

The location , with the large car park nearby made it easy to visit bath. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day, with clean towels supplied. All breakfast staff were very friendly and provided great breakfasts on demand.

A bit pricey for a family, but this is Bath!

Huge public parking nearby (expensive though). All main attractions are very close, especially Royal Crescent and Circus. Friendly welcome for the breakfast, thank you!

Quintissentially cute Bath facade great location. All day night ( not expensive and easy) Parking is directly behind so very easy to drop bags, drive around the corner and park and we easily walked from accom quickly into main areas of township for food and sight see

Great choice at breakfast. Room very clean,everything we needed, comfortable bed lovely sheets and pillows,very quiet in room 3. Park and ride bus stop outside and only a short walk into town. Lovely staff.

The property was clean and secure. The breakfast was amazing , cooked to order and the staff so friendly. Nice visiting with other guests in the cheerful breakfast room.

I loved how accommodating the guesthouse was - we had a few requests and it was all dealt with beautifully. 100% would recommend for your stay in Bath, they've been so flexible to help us out and the breakfast is great, staff fantastic!

Property was close to city centre (10 mins walk hardly) yet away from city chaos which is great! Host was friendly and provided us with amazing choice of breakfast, a reward coupon, a city map which was handy. Must stay!

The only negative was having to park in the public car park at a cost of £17 a day, but we knew that when booked so no surprise on arrival.

The breakfast… wow, best we have had at a bed and breakfast …. 10/10 Hospitality by Monika was amazing, making us feel very welcome and cooked us the most amazing full English in the mornings 👍🏼
