We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The house is perfectly ubicated in the middle of the village with access to all the services, restaurants, sports shops, ski lifts ... but in a quiet area. The breakfast is great with variety and quantity.

You'll find an exceptional level of welcoming service in Haus Marion Haueis starting from the first minute of your check-in till the last one of the check-out. Super comfortable process of late check-in (we arrived at around 11 PM) when you'll be provided with all the necessary instructions and keys to make a self check-in. You'll be given all the information needed for you to get around the resort. There's a depot for your snowboard/ski to store at the house premises as well as you'll be given a card to store them at Alber Check in depot for free not to take them after a riding session. To mention, it's only a 5 minute walk distance to get to Galzigbahn, and 5 minutes - to the train station, so the location of the apartment is absolutely awesome. Breakfast includes a buffet with classical European breakfast options (bread, buns, different types of cheese and meat, vegetables, muesli, milk), eggs could be prepared if you'd like some, you name it. Having the early check-out due to the morning train, thankfully we were given a super-early breakfast. Also we've given an electric kettle to be able to have a boiled water on our own. So Marion House will meet you halfway if you have some additional requests.
