Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Kazakhstanit was a bit noisy during night due to the traffic, however the hotel cannot manage it.
staff was always very helpful and friendly, bedding was perfect, linen and towels were clean and fresh, water was refilled daily, toiletries were of good quality, even toothbrushes and toothpastes were available.

The hotel was very clean, excellent location, very good breakfast, AC worked well, great bathroom, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are on the small side but you're only there to sleep.

United KingdomRoom was a bit small but fine for a one night stay before a cruise. No bar. No coffee in tge room but was advised there were sachets at reception and a coffee machine.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. The location was good. Close to the port. Handy for La Rambla. Good shower. The best bit, a complimentary bottle of wine. Chocolates on tge bed on arrival. A great touch.

United KingdomUpon arrival the first staff receptionist whom was a lady had a bit of an attitude and seemed quite demanding. I brushed it off as i thought perhaps she’s had a bad day but when other guests had been served by her they also stated she seemed a bit rude and with an attitude. Also the our room had very little AC. we understood the function of it (having the balcony locked for the AC to turn on) but there was hardly any pressure and we had it on Max AC but it honestly felt like it was in low. I think it was just the AC in that specific room as other guests (who met us there) had great powerful AC.
Staff were nice and weren’t a bother. The rooms were perfect for a duo and enough space. Very comfortable beds too and the little tiny balcony was a surprise but definitely worth the price. Complimentary wine was a bonus too!

The hotel is conveniently located, but in a quiet area. The room came with a complimentary bottle of wine and water. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked perfectly. The breakfast was good with a lot of vegan options.

FinlandAfter cleaning, the room was wet and there was no conditioner working during my absence. So when I came back in the evening, the room smelled bad. The shower was not really comfortable, much water was on the floor after every shower.
I liked the hotel location that it is not far away from the main streets and the embankment, but the street itself did not look safe. My room was quiet. It was cleaned every day, there was also a bottle of water.
